Our brick patio and walkway required high maintenance and we had rotting railroad ties around the border. Additionally, the surface had sunk such that it was difficult to step from the house to the patio. In 2016 Landscape Concepts management worked with us to understand the issues and what we envisioned as to final appearance. Most importantly, Landscape Concepts provided a detailed bid proposal, whereas other bidders' proposals were very broad. This gave us confidence that the project cost would reflect the bid, which it did. Landscape Concepts regraded the surface, installed brick pavers and expanded the patio by putting in paver edging where the railroad ties once were. They also installed a brick step that matched the brick of our house to make the transition from the house to the patio easier. We are highly satisfied with the project.

On 10/25/2012 a major landscape project was started at my home. After nine months my home became the pride of the neighborhood, had many neighbors seeing that the bat had been raised.. When designing my project they are always open to my ideas and questions, it's a "team" effort. Since then I have had other projects done at my home as well as my Mothers home all with the same quality workmanship. Landscape Concepts continues to maintain beds/plants at both locations. They take great pride in their work and the employees are always friendly, in fact they are almost like part of the family. Pat, Sarah, John, Chris and Nathan are trusted friends.

My first contract with Landscape Concepts Inc. was 2 years ago for foundation design and planting as a gift to my daughter and SIL. We were so happy with the results that I signed a contract last year to redo the foundation design at my home. This fall the Landscape Concepts team planted an 8-foot tree in my backyard and we are currently drawing up a design for planting the rest of the backyard which is currently a blank canvas. Obviously we have been repeatedly pleased with the designs and results! Pat and her team are professionals who work with you every step of the way, delivering great service when you have questions and keeping you informed throughout your project.

Landscape Concepts Inc has helped us make excellent improvements to our property. Since buying our house we've had at least three major landscape projects to plan in order to find solutions for drainage, improve the "curb appeal," and rebuild retaining walls in the front and the back of the property. Landscape Concepts kept our needs and budget in mind as they planned and completed each project successfully. Communicating with them is always easy--no unanswered calls or questions. The work has always been completed as scheduled. The range of landscaping issues they can handle is broad, and their ingenuity in solving problems on our irregular lot impressed us and our neighbors.
