They have no idea what they are doing. Takes them 7 months to do something that would take another company one week. Example lay pavers. Retaining walls. Basic hardscape. I’ve seen homes built faster. Don’t recommend. They will prob come back with sorry but this was due to payment issues. They got paid they just didn’t finish their work so they didn’t get their final pay. Too many wrong things the second company I hired to finish their work said they did wrong and it’s going to cost me even more to fix it. Money was no issue with these guys it was their lack of work.

Lamanen Construction was very professional and performed upscale updates on multiple areas of our outdated home. We are impressed with their work and they are already working on further projects for us. Great to have someone that you can trust, we definitely consider ourselves lifelong customers of Lamanen Construction!

Lamanen construction is the most professional company with clear communication, accurate timing and consistent budgeting. It was a relief to find a building company that had the expertise to finish my basement, which is over 3000 square feet in a luxury home. It’s difficult to find a reliable builder to complete this sort of project while staying true to the high end design elements. This is the only company I can imagine using for any project in the future. In fact, I hired them to complete a massive landscape project after seeing what they were capable of and, so far, I am amazed. Love this builder!
