Labrador completely renovated the house we now live in and the work is of extremely high quality. The renovation was complex. We're talking structural engineering, roof reinforcement, and knocking down weight-bearing walls, not to mention the high quality finish work across 3 brand new bathrooms, matching new flooring to historically significant old flooring, smart home upgrades, etc. If we ever move from our current home (which we may never given how much we love it now), I would love to buy a home from Labrador because I know it would have all the features I would want and it would give me the peace of mind that the structural work and the stuff you can't see was well done.
