I have known Ksenia Pavlova as a colleague since 2007 when she worked with me on several projects. She is a very efficient and practical designer who always adds on a creative element to her work. She listens to her clients and works very patiently with their ideas and requirements. She goes an extra mile to find a relevant product or a piece of furniture at the best price. Renovations could be costly and stressful. Ksenia sticks to the budget and makes sure the job is finished properly. As another practicing designer I am very grateful for the opportunity to be able to discuss openly and honestly any part of my own design work with her. She is always friendly and approaches everything with a positive attitude. She is equally happy to consult on a small project as well as to get involved in a re-development and I would highly recommend to get her professional advice.

I was introduced to Ksenia when I started building our new home in Israel. I invited her to travel to China with me where she helped me find and choose architectural stone for internal and external areas of the house. Several months later I came to London where we immersed ourselves in furniture, lighting and accessories selection. Ksenia controlled the ordering of the selected items and organized all aspects of shipment to Israel. Dealing with her was easy and pleasant, she understood me completely and our communication went smoothly and without delay once I left. I want to especially comment on her positive attitude and her excellent sense of humour. She is energetic, professional and it was a pleasure working with her.

Ksenia was a valuable source of ideas and inspiration for the renovation of our home. She worked through with our eclectic ideas patiently and without her we would not have ended up with such a great end result.

I hired Ksenia's Dom Designs to do a full refurbishment of my two bedroom flat in St Johns Wood. I chose her because of her modern, European style that I already knew. She has excellent taste an high standard which translates into a very high quality of finished product. As I found out later, there were many issues with the builder's quality of work which Ksenia resolved without even involving me - she just told them to redo many things that she didn't think came out right the first time. They complied and didn't charge anything extra. She is generally very good at building a strong and friendly rapport with construction guys and consultants which makes it much easier to negotiate tricky points that arise in the course of the project. Because the flat is in a highly regulated block there were several licensing issues that she was also able to deal with effectively vis-a-vis building management. Last, but not least, Ksenia is simply a delightful, incredibly positive and attentive person who is always a pleasure to deal with and she always leaves with you with a smile on your face that makes the otherwise stressful renovation into a fun project. It was a wonderful time when we worked with Ksenia. Thanks to her ideas our house was completely transformed and became very cosy, beautiful, practical and stylish - everything that we hoped our home in England would be. Her in-depth knowledge of the furniture market saved us a lot of time and enabled me to find exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail is exceptional - we visited many places, including antique markets and small hidden shops in search of furniture and other items we could truly call our own. The result makes me happy every day! Although the project is now complete, I already miss the process of creating our home with Ksenia, who made it very exciting for us.
