Dritero and I worked together doing high end residential construction for a small design build firm in NYC. After restoring and renovating a dozen or so townhouses in in the city we decided to make the leap and start building under our own banner. KSB Build was formed out of all the things we loved about working in design build, with just a few (ever so slight) changes to things we loved a little less. Working with Eric and his team on the renovation of our landmarked townhouse was rewarding. Felt like we had a partner to reach out to when we had questions about building codes, design ideas, and budget restrictions. Eric Springer from KSB managed the remodel of my kitchen and bathroom in BK and was willing to work around all my condo building's processes and restrictions. He was great to work with – very transparent with approaches, willing to get creative to find unique solutions, very communicative. There were a lot of moving parts so their attention to detail was much appreciated.

These guys were great to work with from beginning to end. Very detail oriented and clear on pricing and timelines. We brought them our designs and they helped us get the proper filings with DOB and helped with the applications with our Co-op. They finished two weeks from their original calendars, but had let us know about the delays and the reasons far in advance. Punch list was also very easy with them as most everything had been taken care of before we moved in. Definitely the best contractors we've dealt with. Will certainly be hiring them in the future.

Wild Birds Bar and Music Venue

Dritero and Eric were great partners for us through the build out of Wild Birds Bar and Music Venue. We did a major renovation of a 3000 sqft commercial space. They were very transparent about the impact of our design decisions on cost and helped us value engineer and come up with less expensive solutions all the way to the end. These guys aren't just our builders, but have become great friends. Definitely recommend them to anyone! You can come by the bar anytime to see their work and have a drink while you're at it ;)

Taylor Franklin

Had such a great experience working with Eric, D and Anna on our living roof project! We added a full wall of bookshelves and a Hearth Cabinet fireplace. All touch points of our project was a pleasure to work with KSB on, from budgeting through completion. They are incredible with attention to detail and won't stop until everything perfect. Great appreciated, highly recommend working them!
