And when a problem arose, she responded aggressively and had everything straightened out within a short period of time--all through the project right up to final inspection. Her design abilities were a tremendous asset. She always acted professionally and came to my home on numerous occasions to inspect the progress until the project was completed.

Kristen and I worked together on the complete remodel of my kitchen. She was a valuable source of knowledge about design, color coordination, and product installation. I relied on her expertise to guide me throughout the entire process. Kristen was keenly aware of my limited budget and we worked through the obstacles to a beautiful outcome. She worked well with the contractor in a professional manner and I always felt I was in good hands throughout the remodel.
