Karin is simply the best! She listened to all of our wants and was very responsive. She is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and property values. She was able to get us into homes before they hit the market and found us the perfect family home. We worked with Karin Wold to sell our home as well. It was on the market for only 5 days and we sold it for more than we imagined we could. We would definitely work with Karin again for both sides of any real estate deal.

My husband and I got to work with Brandon Oppelt. Right away he was warm, friendly, and had a good grasp of what we were looking for in our dream home. He took his time to get to know us and prioritize what was important to us. His knowledge and expertise is remarkable. He was responsive to every call, email or text message. He was a great guide through the whole process and made sure we understood what was happening, always providing plenty of updates. If and when we are ready to sell and purchase a larger home, we will go with Brandon again. I highly recommend him. He is the best! We can't say thank you enough to Brandon and the KLRE team for helping us make a dream come true!

I worked with Karis Brazier of KLRE. She was very professional and informative.. Once I found the home I wanted to buy, she acted quickly and worked after hours to get my offer in. During my closing, there were a few unforeseen difficulties but Karis managed them professionally and was able to get me into my new house. Thank you!

Stefanie Spear is the best there is! Always a step ahead in a tight race to buy a home. Always available for a show and will work with your schedule. I was looking for a house at a low price to live in and fix up. She responded to my inquiry and met me at the property the next day. I didn't purchase that one, but with her honesty and advice I knew that Stefanie would be great to work with. After looking at quite a few, and even becoming outbid, and personally discouraged, she never wavered. In the end, I found exactly what I was looking for!

When selling our first home, Theresa Richter was there every step of the way. She went above and beyond with providing the correct information anytime we called or asked. Her negotiation skills are amazing! She was always welcoming and made us feel like her top priority. There is nothing negative I can say about Theresa Richter. We still keep in touch with her and refer her to all our friends and family.

Alicia made the process of finding and purchasing a home so much easier than anyone I've worked with. She was courteous, caring, and focused on our needs. She took the time to show us many property choices, answered all our questions, and made sure that we felt good about our purchase.
