KOB will make mistakes and STEAL your money for their negligence. The absolute worst company and horrible service. They sent us the WRONG cabinet colors, a very huge mistake. We travelled from Massachusetts to VT to place our order and cabinet color in-person with their team. Never throughout the process did they send us any documentation to confirm the full order. We experienced extremely poor and unprofessional service. With all the subcontractors we have been interacting with for this house build, and other projects, KOB is by the worst. KOB lacks integrity. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and highly encourage you to shop elsewhere.
