Kingston Flooring

I worked with Stephanie to redo my shower tile, she was so helpful with all the choices I had to choose from. Even though there was a delay in the product shipment she was with me every step of the way, with other options etc. She was very knowledgeable with all the question I had and in the end my shower looks AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend.

Sold a product that was terrible. Would not recommend this company. If you are looming for quality flooring go elsewhere

First I went to 4 different flooring companies and Kingston was the only one who greeted me within a few minutes of walking through the door. Some companies never even said hello not once was I offered help during the entire time I was looking. Second Kingston had their prices fully displayed including installation making it easier for me to start to get an idea of the cost. Third the sales staff educated me on what made the carpets unique that is relevant because the only other store that actually gave me a quote had literally nothing to say about "why" I might choose one over another so I just said ok I pick this one what will that cost? I find the choosing process very difficult because there are way too many choices so the Kingston staff definitely helped with that process. Fourthly the installation went so fast I choose to have everything removed from the room to reduce my cost but their installer arrived within minutes of the scheduled time and had the install completed in a very timely manner. I love my carpet and the install is perfect, excellent job overall!

Kingston flooring was professional from the sales right to the install. I purchased a vinyl floor and the installer did an unbelievable job it looks great. Very happy I will go back for future purchases.

Kingston flooring was great to work with on our media room makeover. Byron was a great in the showroom, a guy that knows his flooring, found us a carpet in our price range, came over and measured right away, ordered it and it came 2 weeks later. Tim the install guy was great, fabulous job on all the fancy corners we have and some of the tricky under the millwork edges. Highly recommend Kingston flooring!
