We opened a Pizza Restaurant and was grateful that Love Development had the knowledge to guide us through the process of getting the location ready for opening our business. This was our first restaurant and Love Development and the whole team made the experience smooth and finished in a timely manner. We are more than happy with the results and would use Love Development again.

David and Kim provided me with everything I expected and more regarding the remodel for my daughter's condo. He was present at every step. His vision for the remodel was incredible. He took my daughter's thoughts and created an incredible modern living space for her. He even replaced the front door and jamb with a more secure one, simply because he knew should would be living alone! That to me was above and beyond. He provided us with the best of the best cabinetry and other products and still maintained a budget that worked for me. He is definitely an artist in a contractor's body! Thanks Again!!!

We had an amazing experience with Love Development. Back in 2011, we decided it was time to expand our office. At the time, we shared one building with another business and we decided to make an offer to buy them out. We were eventually able to get the whole building but of course we had to pay above market value. To our surprise, once we had the building, our HOA and City of Chandler would not approve our expansion because they claimed our plaza had the maximum allowed medical practices already. It did not make sense to us since we were just expanding our current office/practice. Luckily we found David Love and he was amazing helping us fight the city and HOA and eventually prevailed and got us the permits needed. David Love is great and very passionate at what he does. Our office turned out amazing and he is now a friend and our go to person for any architectural needs. Thank you Love Development!

We hired Love Development when we experienced a slab leak at our home. They were very prompt and responsive. I had an estimate for the plumbing repairs within a couple of hours and the project began right away. I liked the idea that they hired somebody that they knew and trusted, since I did not have a plumber that I was familiar with. The job was done quickly and with no issues. I would definitely recommend their services and I will use them in the future for any remodeling or repair work.

Called, Kimberly at Love Development and Construction, needed new carpet and a new microwave. Within a few days both were installed and looks great. Did not have to make but one call. In my budget and very professional. Even gave me a lead on someone to clean my house for move-in.
