I was impressed with the quality of work and craftsmanship, and when told she is the daughter of an Architect, it came as no surprise, it was obious she has architecture, fine details, great taste, and quality within her blood - inate to her.

Our names are Aye and Soe Naing. We are the new homeowners of a beautiful house built by Kickin' Clouds. Several houses in our neighborhood have built by them, all if them are very (VERY) nice and radically different. Luisa, the general contractor of Kickin' Clouds was always demonstrated of the extensive knowledge that is required in building, being it foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing. etc.

Her knowledge and character demonstrated her leadership and ensure everything ran efficiently. She not only shows her creativity through the plan she built but also how innovative and honestly she was. My wife and my self highly recommended Ms Luisa Duran as a General Contractor.
