Kate and the team at HTR were fantastic! I had just a short time to put my condo on the market after making an offer on a new home and suddenly being in the predicament of having to sell 'asap!". Being in Charlestown where every square inch matters, I needed major help clearing out 11 years of 'stuff' and staging to sell with optimal return. I could not imagine when I met with Kate that what transpired over the course of 3 days was even possible. I cannot say enough about HTR and the team. Their motto 'from overwhelmed to overjoyed' rings true! I would recommend a thousand times over.. Could not have done this without them.

Home Transition Resource - we couldn’t have done it without them! Our house sold very quickly and we found ourselves having to move within 6-weeks. We had about 45 years of belongings to deal with, so a major downsizing was necessary before the move. But where to start? We contacted HTR who came to evaluate the project, quickly got us organized with a schedule that would have us ready to move by the house closing date, and set out a plan of action. They brought in four vendors to look over our items and each took what they could sell – an auctioneer, a consignment store, a general merchant and, finally, Habitat for Humanity. What a relief to see all these items out of our house and on their way to give pleasure to someone else. Then HTR brought in two moving companies to give competing quotes, and we chose the most appropriate one for the job. Packing boxes appeared on the assigned day, and HTR did most of the packing for us. We gave them the room layout of our new home, so that the movers would place each piece of furniture in the right place. All was ready for the big day! On moving day, the HTR team moved furniture and belongings, hung window drapes, set up the kitchen and pantry, connected our TV to the cable system and our computers to the Internet, and even made the bed for us. By the time they left at the end of the move, the new place already felt like home. In summary, HTR took all the anxiety out of the process of downsizing and moving, they were supportive every inch of the way, and kept all the contractors exactly on time and on budget so that there were never any surprises. What a fine team of professionals! Yes, we couldn’t have done it without them!
