At first we were very happy with Key's work, they were responsive when we had problems and respectful. However, we stupidly paid them in full before 100% completion due to having a pre-existing working relationship with them. We finally had scheduled them to come yesterday and they were a no show without even a phone call! Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We just want them to finish the last 10% of the job...As a couple who works in the construction industry, we will not be able to recommend them to our clients or friends.

Key Heating and A/C is a very people-friendly, professional company. They completed an install job for a Mitsubishi heating and cooling system in our home and we couldn't have been more pleased! The install crew was experienced, professional and timely. They did such a good job we hired them back 2 months later when our water heater failed. Thanks again Key, until the next need.

This was the second time we hired Key Heating & Air Conditioning, and my husband and I were both very pleased overall on both occasions. The first time we hired them was for installation of central air throughout our entire home. This time, we needed both heating and cooling in a sunroom addition we were having built. We ended up having them install a Mitsubishi electric Heat pump. They were professional, courteous, thorough, and they arrived on time and completed on time. They were very knowledgeable about all options and all of their products which made it very easy for us to decide which route to take. They were also very receptive to our questions and helpful in educating us and guiding us to the best possible outcome. We would highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs!
