When the time came for us to totally remodel our house, I contacted Ken because I just had great respect for his work ethic the moment I met him. He did a fantastic job for us - was very responsive to our questions, was very timely with our deadlines and visited the worksite often. You will be making a great decision when you call him

My project was making some major renovations to a 200 year old stone farm house; and Ken has been awesome to work with. I had never worked with an architect before, but cannot imagine a better experience. He spent a good deal of time understanding my overall vision of the project and then we agreed on a contract outlining exactly what I could expect in terms of services and the cost. While I had a “:final vision” in mind, he had all the practical structural and living space “flow” knowledge to make my visions a working reality. . We worked together over several months to come up with a final design. I needed several workers with “ special expertise” and Ken was able to have them come and give estimates, and was present through the process, asking pertinent questions I did not know to ask. Once the project was underway there were several unexpected structural issues and Ken helped see those through, again confirming with the experts he knew to assure a good outcome. I have now lived in my renovated home for 6 weeks and love it! There are many times I say a mental “thank you “ to Ken for the comfort and convenience of my new living space.

We were seeking to expand a 40 year old ranch-style home by enlarging the kitchen, and adding a master bedroom suite. We did not want the addition to look like "an addition". After talking to several architects, we chose Ken Krukowski. Ken worked with us on the expansion, he provided multiple designs and ideas, and overcame obstacles, such as integrating a clinker brick, exterior, and blending a 40 year old tile roof. Ken stayed on budget, and assisted during the construction process. He provided the names of three contractors from which we chose one to do our job. He helped insure a timely success for the project. We were very pleased with the work, and we continue to enjoy living in our home of 25 years. We have recommended Ken to other prospective clients, and will continue to do so.

Ken assisted us with a major renovation of our 'brick ranch' that included new space for the dining room and sun room / rear entry. Very satisfied with his work. Even when we threw him some last minute input during construction, he worked hard to get updated drawings to the contractor quickly and kept things on schedule. Having lived in the space a number of years, can honestly say we wouldn't change a thing.

Ken Krukowski was a pleasure to work with and we would be pleased to work with him again in the future. He listened carefully to our needs, and was sufficiently detailed in his design ideas, even at the early stages, to greatly help us understand what the finished project would look like. This made the back-and-forth design process extremely pleasant and productive. He was timely with his feedback and designs, and we always looked forward to our meetings, to see how he had transformed our rather vague notions of what we wanted, into something clear and concise. Ken's warm personality, experience, and clever design ideas are a complete package. We interviewed four architects before selecting Ken, and we are very glad we did.

Ken Krukowski designed 2 major additions to our 1920's home. The result is a home where the new sections and the original structure are seamlessly blended. While executing the many complexities of such challenging projects, his vast experience, and attention to detail, allowed us to enjoy a comfortable working relationship from start to finish. The money that was expended for his architectural expertise and unique ideas, was money well spent. Ken's design resulted in a home that we truly love and enjoy daily, and for that, we will be forever grateful.
