I have collaborated with Kelly, Tim and Angela with Floorology on multiple bathrooms and kitchen remodels and the level of professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Their beautiful showroom offers homeowners unlimited unique tile options to design their space specifically for them and knowing the staff's knowledge of their product gives them peace of mind. Kelly and her team offer years of experience and as well as having highly trained installers and I highly recommend this team to any homeowner or contractor. You will not regret it!

My husband and I bought our vinyl flooring for our bedroom and family room from Floorology. They were very knowledgeable in helping us to decide which type of flooring to go with. They came out promptly to measure our rooms and within a couple of weeks of placing our order we had our flooring. We felt they were pleasant to work with. We love our flooring!

I love our new hardwood floor! Kelly and Tim were awesome. Very professional, no pressure, easy to work with. They answered our numerous questions (we had quite a few as we knew nothing about hardwood floors), explained very well the difference in the types of hardwood flooring. Did not hesitate to come to the house a second time when we had a question about the sub floor. Tim did the install himself. It was a three day install, and he always left everything neat and tidy before he left even though he was coming back the next morning. I would highly recommend them! When we redo our kitchen, we will seeing them for the flooring.

I have worked with Floorology for various flooring and tile projects for my business and personal use over the past few years and they are truly the best flooring and tile company around! They provide the most creative design ideas, have the best product selection and have excellent installers so I never have to worry if something will be installed properly. The owners are super nice, down to earth people from the community and really care about their clients and make you feel right at home in their beautiful showroom.

We did a remodel of our kitchen and decided on most everything. I really wanted a backsplash and I was fortunate to find this gem of a store. I walked in and was pretty clueless (design and decorating are not my thing but I know what I like). Their staff was so helpful and professional. They were so patient with me, showing me such a wide variety. We finally narrowed down what I wanted. They were so informative on how long it would take for the product to come and updated me almost daily. The installation was so effortless on their part. Needless to say, I love my new kitchen but the backsplash is such a wonderful accent. Their store has just about anything you would want but their expertise in listening to their clients is excellent.

We had a great experience with Floorology. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us fine tune our design and gave great suggestions. The show room had numerous tile samples to choose from. They were very helpful and patient as we looked at all the tile options. We would lay options out on their big work table and talked through them to come to a decision. Once that was complete, to assist us in finishing the design of the room, they even helped us pick matching paint color. We were very pleased with the installer’s quality of work and the overall outcome of our tile project.

Kelly at Floorology was an excellent resource for me when searching for the right backsplash to coordinate with my kitchen remodel. I brought in a magazine photo and she researched the tile for me, and actually ended up suggesting a better option for my kitchen. I absolutely love it. Her installer did beautiful work too. I plan on using Floorology again in the future and refer them to my own customers. They are professional, competitive and have a fabulous showroom of ideas.

We used floorology to upgrade our kitchen and replace some carpet. Kelly listened to our likes and dislikes and made suggestions for the project. She was very conscious of our budget, she provided us with alternatives and the entire staff was patient with any questions and concerns. In the end we are thrilled with our upgrade, the colors are great, the new tile counter is easy to clean (even flour), the grout is minimal and we haven't had any issues with stains (not even red fruit punch). I even love my black sink. The professionals that did the installation were courteous, timely and cleaned up each day. Thank you for helping us move out of the early 80s. I would definitely return to Floorology for another project.

Floorology did a great job on redoing our fireplace. They removed old tile and then tiled all the way to the ceiling on three sides. Great job and great cleanup. Thank you.

Dream Systems LLC

Elite showroom, unlike any other in the area. The staff is knowledgable. Expect the unexpected here... they have designers on staff, so you get so much more than a flooring showroom. They really know their stuff.
