CPS constructed a custom patio cover measuring 13' X 33' that added to a space between a garage and an existing patio. Brad's bid was the was in-line with the others I had estimate the job but he was able to give a bid during our initial meeting which was very beneficial. He has his own crews that work for him unlike other contractors who sub-out the trades which allows Brad to manage the entire process and ensure the job is done correctly. His work was done within the date parameters given at the initial meeting and to a very high standard. Brad was easy to speak with and always addressed questions and concerns during the job. I highly recommend CPS to anyone wanting an add-on, patio cover or outdoor kitchen.

We had an outside patio extension built and the process went very smoothly and we were always informed on the progress. Working with the owner, Bradley, to find the best structure for our needs was a great experience and I am so glad I went with their company because they were all very professional, kept to a schedule, and always left a clean working space during the process. I would definitely refer them to anyone!

I am beyond pleased with my recent covered patio expansion by Custom Patio Structures (CPS). I also keep getting compliments from the neighbors who see my patio from our walking trail. Actually I think I’m the 4th house in my section to use CPS because of neighbor referrals and the finished patios are so nice looking. The project communication was excellent. If I had any questions, they were addressed immediately. The workmanship on my job was top notch as their crew are all masters of their trade. I highly recommend CPS!

I was pleased by the skilled professional staff of Custom Patio Structures (CPS) commencing with the informal yet informative preliminary interview and extending through the placing the last screw into the patio cover. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. They took care of every detail. The only thing that we can say is that waiting for our HOA approval took what seemed like forever because we were so excited to get started. CPS followed up with everything and the final project is better than we could have expected. Awesome work.

In response to old review and response from company (did not notice until now as we don't use social media as mentioned but was looking for remodel ideas ) we will be be more than willing to post documentation. We stand behind all our statements 100%!! BBB required too much time and effort which no one has these days! We stopped the process and that is the reason it was dismissed. We did not follow through on the complaint. The work was not done 15 years ago as noted but in 2017. They advertised a 7 year warranry . This company installed new roof. There were two issues as a result that created leaks. One was flashing and stone loosed during install at fireplace. However, both these were corrected to our satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. The complaint was quality of porch tear off and rebuild. The comment is correct we pulled off boards to fix what we thought was a foundation issue. There was no "admitting" that is a fact. However, the foundation company saw the piers were not level. When rebuilding porch non-treated wood was used to shimmy the piers which had rotted. This is why porch was unlevel and prompted our warranty request. We are both very mature in age and have never asked for anything "free" in all our many many years! Why would this have been discussed when there was an expectation of warranty request? We worked hard to retirement and expect others to do the same and stand behind their work when there is a warranty. We have never refused to pay anyone ever!! We were never asked as they never showed back up to follow through on warranty and we finished the job ourself. Overall I think they have the potential to do great work if commitments are kept. We are only as good as our employees that represent us so perhaps the owner was not told all the facts from his Project Manager. Perhaps we were an anomaly and all others will have the quality they deserve. We wish this company the best and will not reply in the future. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. Dozens of missed appointments. Does not honor advertised warranty due to lack of quality. Work left undone. Do not hire unless you have time to give away for missed commitments and you don’t care about warranty

The fact that we are answering this post shows that we do not have horrible customer service. It is unfortunate that Terry and Anita Breedlove are hiding behind social media to bash our company. This post is a retaliation against us because their BBB complaint was dismissed since it was deemed invalid.
This project was completed over 1.5 years ago and there have been no warranty issues related to our craftsmanship. They have contacted us twice claiming a leaky roof and damage to their patio cover. The leak in the roof was caused by stones falling off their chimney after a large storm, that left a hole in which water was entering their house. Our roofer explained this to Anita Breedlove and after he fixed the issue she refused to pay for the repairs. The damage to the patio cover was caused by another contractor who was attempting to fix the house foundation. This was discovered after we questioned Terry Breedlove on why the Hardie Plank skirt was broken, the beam supporting the porch was cracked and several wood planks were pushed up. He finally admitted that a foundation company he called had caused the damage. We told Terry Breedlove, we would help him fix the problems caused by the other company, but this was not covered under our warranty. While repairing the damage from the foundation company, our framer requested half the money for the materials and labor from Anita Breedlove. Once again Anita Breedlove refused to pay for the labor and materials. As we instructed them prior to making repairs, we will not repair damage caused by another company for FREE. They continue to refuse to pay, so our contractor will not be completing the repairs to damages caused by another company.
The warranty is not valid because another company caused damage to the structure built by Custom Patio Structures.
Anita Breedlove continues to send threatening voice messages, emails, and posting false statements like this on different social media sites. These are her attempts into bulling us to fix the damage to her porch caused by another company for FREE. It is terrible that a customer wants to ruin our reputation when they do not get their way.
