This was our first build with Keith Construction and we can not say enough good things about them. Chris Neelin was our first face to face and he was very informative prompt and organized, not to mention, a very nice guy as well. Once the numbers were in place and the project began we worked primarily with our Project Manager Mike Sanford, ( another Great Guy!), who was more detail oriented than even I... but very much appreciated! His organization and communication skills through out the project were outstanding and we always new where things were at. Builder Trend is a tool the office uses to track all interactions related to the project and it gave us access to all documents and pictures for the duration of the project. If you are building, but live outside the community or province, this is the way to do it! Renee was our key person in the office and she did a lot of the paper leg work to keep all the documents in order. In the end our semi-detached home ( 2 units totalling 5900 sq feet) were completed about two months early and we could not be happier with the home we now have and the team at Keith construction who built it.

We had such a wonderful experience with Keith Construction. They were so thorough every step of the way, took their time answering our questions, and came up with creative and affordable options for what we wanted. The entire team was friendly, quick to respond, and were incredibly patient with us. They even went out of their way to get our home finished AHEAD of schedule, and have continued to provide support long after we've moved in. Their organization throughout the process made everything much easier. They provided honest feedback and recommendations on our decisions based on their incredibly valuable experience. Our new home is beyond anything that we could have imagined on our own!

Keith construction did a great job of redesigning and upgrading the exterior of our home including patios, balcony, storage, lighting, privacy and landscaping. We would most certainly engage them again. They listened to our requirements, proposed innovative solutions and stayed within our budget. Ken Dahlen and his team were a pleasure to work with and the finished product is top quality. Highly recommended.

I'm really pleased with the projects completed for me by Keith Construction at our recreation property. They built a free-standing, two story exterior staircase, and a bathroom/kitchen renovation. Ken and his staff were always helpful, and they responded to questions and concerns promptly and clearly. The quality of their work was excellent. The final price was fair, and close to the original estimate. I am going to hire them again, to do renovations at my home.

We hired Keith Construction to build our retirement dream home in 2016. Throughout the development and construction stage of our home, the staff at Keith Construction were extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and desires. Although building a new home can be very stressful, Keith Construction made the entire process almost seamless. They were efficient, understanding, and continuously offered great suggestions and ideas to ensure that the build was a complete success. Keith Construction rates five stars for (1) management skills, hands-on attention and courtesy, (2) honesty and transparency, (3) communication skills, (4) budget control and sharing of all budget details, and (5) the quality of the contractors they hire. These qualities are supported by their use of the software program Builder Trend. This software allows the builder and client to share every detail and allows the client to sign off on every stage of the project. I was 2,000 miles from the project and the builder posted dozens of photographs on Builder Trend. Keith Construction accommodates all changes at no charge. I am a single woman and knew nothing about the building profession. Keith Construction helped me understand each step and gave me the confidence I needed to build a very beautiful retirement home beside a lake.

コメント：Can you tell me what type of "wood" siding this is? Looks greatHi Tim This is real cedar siding with Sikkens Natural Oak Stain. The real cedar gives it the wonderful tones.
