I have been working with Eastview Homes more specifically Keith Travers for over 20 years. I have always known him to be honest and hard working and very resposive to our clients needs. His work speaks for itself. It is executed meticulously with attention to details and to construction budgets. We engaged Eastview Homes to do a major renovation on our home. We are extremely happy with the final results. Keith was there every step of the way providing design ideas, fixing structural issues uncovered during the renovation, employing sub-trades that took real pride in their work and overseeing all the details right to the end. We are pleased to provide Eastview Homes our highest recommendation following our home renovation / rebuild. Keith was responsible for the design and execution to our home construction. Although we kept part of the foundation the new home provides a more favourable bungalow design with raised ceilings and many custom finishes. The attention to detail is unmatched. Both the architect and Keith provided helpful suggestions along the way proving paramount to the project. Its been 4 years and we just love our home. Big thank you to Eastview Homes.

Keith from Eastview Homes did my full house renovation. From the start I already felt that I could trust Keith and that he will deliver the contract that I had signed with Eastview Homes. It's not easy to choose a contractor as you hear stories about contractor not delivering the work and run away with your money. The renovation lasted approximately 5 months and during the renovation Keith will update me on the work done and the upcoming work to do. With the help of Keith's experience it was easy for me to decide how my kitchen should look like from the positioning of the cabinets, the island the lighting. I get a lot of compliments from friends with the hardwood floors, the stairs and the kitchen. Thanks to Eastview Homes for their work this is my dream home.

Keith Travers is a friendly guy with twenty years of residential construction experience and the sharp managerial skills one develops while supervising million dollar property make-overs. Keith brings a lifelong passion to his profession and it separates him from the pack. He has an eye for design but favors expedience and is definitely substance over style. He's versatile, open minded and really insightful when it comes to residential home remodels and renovations. In my observation, he's an unbelievably accurate cost estimator and time analyzer and that makes him a troubleshooting wizard and someone really handy to have on side when building, buying or flipping houses.
