I hired Andre with Keeper Construction to improve and update my kitchen and lighting on the main floor of my open concept townhouse. Andre is experienced at what he does and offers fair and transparent pricing. Andre and his crew were professional, on time, and accommodating. Andre was readily available to answer questions and respond to any concerns or special requests. I appreciated his design suggestion to put a butcher block breakfast bar with a waterfall design. It turned out to be a beautiful statement piece. He also connected us to a granite company that was affordable and skilled, they were able to do the slab in one piece instead of putting a seam and I'm so happy with the result. Andre strongly values respect and customer satisfaction. After making the final payment we noticed the ceiling fan was making clicking noises, without hesitation he offered to come and take a look to see what the problem might be. Also, during the renovation an issue came up and we were able to come to a mutually agreeable solution. Overall the project was a success and I would definitely consider Keeper Construction for any future home improvement needs. The only thing I would keep in mind is that once the project begins, things move fast, so it's important to have all your finishes and fixtures picked out in advance, especially if you're planning to get things from online. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Andrei was super responsive, a great communicator, and went above & beyond to help restore my rental property due to tenant damages and some normal wear/tear issues. The job was completed quickly, on time, and the entire process was really a breeze with no stress. The work completed (over $4K in issues) was all extremely professional and you would not know the prior issues even existed. The pricing was also terrific fair as I shopped around for quotes and his was the best price. I will be absolutely be returning to Keeper Construction Services for any future projects and would highly recommend him & his team :)

We hired Keeper Construction to do our kitchen renovation. Start to finish, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. Andre executed our vision and remained communicative and helpful throughout the process, providing clear timelines, options, and suggestions. We will certainly be calling him again for future home projects.

They were professional, artistic and exquisitely skilled. Honestly I think George is brilliantly talented and Andre is a genius! They managed to stay on schedule even with pandemic shortages and supply chain challenges and I appreciated the chivalry of helping a few times with deliveries not really related to the project. Communication was always accessible and they weren’t scared of my design ideas! I’ll always be grateful to Keeper every time I walk into my shower! It’s a work of art in a small space!

• I hired Keeper to renovate my Chicago townhouse. This is my first home and my first renovation project as well. As soon as I closed I started looking for contractors and ideas. I loved the layout but the finishes were old. When I first met Andre I just loved his ideas and hired him right away to build a new fireplace in my living room, build new stairs and refinish the master bathroom. Everything turned out great, the crew did such an amazing job and just love my new home. I can’t recommend Andre enough for his attention to detail, knowledge and hard work. We hired Keeper Construction to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom. Andre was spot on with his suggestions. He even helped us choosing our cabinets and finishes and recommended some of his vendors and suppliers. We wanted to give a new face to our kitchen and bath but honestly, didn’t know where to start. Me and my wife are so happy we chose Andre and his crew. He even offered to paint our living room since it is connected to our kitchen. The accent texture he did on our Tv wall is just amazing. I am very happy with the outcome of my kitchen project. And the additional work I had them do, which included a new electric fireplace and recessed lighting in the living room and hallway. Andre was very easy to work with and he responded very timely to any issues which popped up. His ideas were fabulous and his interior design background definitely shows. He also came by frequently to check in on the work. All the workers were very nice and cleaned up every day. What I liked the most was some of the ideas that were given to me that I did not think of, especially in the layout of the kitchen and the improvements to our original design. Andre and his crew did a beautiful job on our kitchen, living room dining area remodel. Two walls were removed and the entire kitchen took on a new look. His crew was great, always respectful, on time and did a beautiful job. We couldn't be happier with the results. We would definitely hire Keeper Construction again. Here are a few pics.

We contacted Keeper Construction to install crown molding but later had them do other work as well including removal of a large outdoor shed and tree stump, & electrical work. It has always been done on time, on budget, and they've been great to give us ideas and alternatives to meet our needs. We plan to use them again for remodeling work in our kitchen and bathroom and highly recommend them.
