Arlene's Interiors

Arlene's asked me to leave them a review, even though we didn't do any actual business and I was thoroughly unimpressed with them. I would not recommend them. I set up a consultation with one of their decorators, who I won't name here because she did a good enough job. About 5 to 10 minutes after this decorator was supposed to arrive for the consultation, she called me to say she was lost and couldn't find my place. It turns out that Arlene's had given her the wrong address and sent her way across town about 20 minutes away from me. We then rescheduled the meeting and the estimate she gave me in the end was more than double the budget that I had put in my initial request, so I said said I wasn't interested. If you're looking to get curtains or on a budget and not have your time wasted, I suggest dealing with a Houzz professional other than Arlene's Interiors.

Janet, the decorator, was very helpful when I wanted new drapes for my living room and my bedroom. She was patient and gave good advice. I appreciate her professional and friendly help. I have no hesitation in recommending Arlene's Interiors.
