Bill did a wonderful job on our Bathroom replacement. When our previous contractor was not up to the task - Bill stepped in and built the the small bathroom of our dreams from the studs out. We put in a complex computer controlled shower in a small space. Bill listened, read and did an excellent job. At the start I was amazed at his careful attention to the frameing and support of the not only the shower pan, but the existing walls, which were to have to carry the weight of the tile. He worked with us, discussing issues as the arose, and when we discovered that the vanity that we had acquired prior to his involvement (previous contractor) would have been a tight fit (funny bone issues for sure) - he was patient with us, and worked around the issue while we acquired a replacement. The computer control of the shower was our idea - and he was willing to read the piles of documentation. We now have an overhead rain shower, three body sprays, a handheld, in addition to a traditionally placed shower head all controlled by a touch panel on the opposite wall. In addition we have a Toto Bidet toilet along with HomeKit controlled overhead lighting, and a medicine cabinet that has a mirror that slides up to open. Bill carefully worked out the distances from the ceiling for the cabinet, the lavatory and the floating vanity so that it would all work well. Bill brought in appropriate talented subcontractors to do the plumbing, the electrical, the tile, the painting.

Based on the recommendation of friends, we hired Keenan for a long overdue remodel of our kitchen. After seeing the space, Tina recommended a significant change in the layout, putting a new wall in the open space between kitchen and family room, and removing the existing wall between the kitchen and dining room. At first we resisted, but in the end it was a great decision. Billy did a great job from start to finish--arriving on time, doing high quality work, overseeing subcontractors, making corrections, and cleaning up afterwards. Our kitchen/dining room is now the "show piece" of our home. Based on our kitchen experience, we quickly re-hired Keenan to do a long overdue remodel of our family room, which also turned out great. We are now looking to re-hire Keenan for a bathroom remodel. Need we say more?

Excellent work. Very clean and neat. Works with the customer to make sure that they stay within established budgets. KBR is schedule driven and stays within established completion dates. My wife and I spent the good part of 4-5 months looking for a contractor to replace all of the original, drafty, single-paned windows in our house. We were also looking for someone to replace, cover with vinyl, or repair all wood trim around the roofs and windows (many of the window sills and frames were rotted and causing leaks inside of our house and we we always disliked the color of the trim) and replace our old, yellow gutters. After shopping around for some time, we never received an estimate we were happy with. If we did like an estimate, the contractors never returned our calls to sign a contract to begin work. We were about to give up and perform some small repairs ourselves when we found Bill at Keenan Building and Remodeling, and we are incredibly happy with how everything turned out. Bill is a great guy and incredibly professional. We were very happy with his estimate and his knowledge. We trusted him right away and signed him on. He was ready to work on time everyday. He also hires a great crew for each job. It took them 2 days to replace 21 windows, 2 days to replace, cover and repair all of the trim around the exterior of our house, and a half day to replace our gutters. Less than a week to do a fairly large job and everything looks great. Pieces of debris and equipment were never left out in the way at the end of each day. It was a very smooth process. The replacement windows he uses are great quality and make a big difference in the looks and feel of our house. We are very happy that we hired Bill for the job. We can't say enough good things about him and the crews that work with him. In fact we are already planning on finishing our basement and will hire him for the job when we are ready. Thanks, Bill!

Our entire experience with Keenan Remodeling with outstanding. In 2011, we contracted with this local company to remodel our entire townhouse on the basis of positive referrals and the confidence Bill and Tina inspired in us during our initial visit with them. The project was completed on time, they were cooperative and conversant with us in all details, and we have been delighted with the results. On a few minor issues that came up after completion of our renovations, Bill was very helpful in finding a resolution that was more than satisfactory. My husband and I worked with KBR to redo our kitchen/dining room and they did an AMAZING job. We presented our ideas to them and Tina came back with detailed drawings of the proposed design along with material samples for cabinets, tiles, etc. They turned an old non-functional 60's style kitchen that was very closed off from the rest of the house into a beautiful modern open kitchen that was perfect for entertaining - and yet still fit with the rest of our 1920's home. The project was extensive - the entire kitchen was gutted, walls and doors were removed, flooring replaced, etc. However, Billy did a great job sealing the area off from the rest of the house and containing the dust/debris which I really appreciated. They were also extremely responsive any time we had questions or concerns, and they were flexible if we wanted to change something during the project. We had such a great experience with them that we used them a year later to redo our bathroom and they did an exceptional job with that as well. I would recommend KBR to anyone looking for a professional, organized construction company to design and build a beautiful space.

We hired Keenan Building & Remodeling (KBR) to perform an extensive renovation of our home in 2009. The work included raising the main floor ceiling, replacing the entire second floor, re-roofing, re-siding, a custom kitchen, master bedroom suite, children's bedrooms, baths, family room, dining room, new flooring, two gas fireplaces, and other details. KBR worked with architectural blueprints for the structural changes, but relied on their own expertise - in particular, Tina Keenan's - to develop the kitchen design, incorporating our desired elements. The project was managed onsite by the owner, Bill Keenan, with the highest professionalism as regards customer treatment, work crew oversight, scheduling, and execution. The result was roundly admired as a beautiful work of craftsmanship, and we were very happy to call it our new home.

The Keenan Building and Remodeling co. renovated both bathrooms in our house. They walked us through each step, provided samples and answer all our questions. Keenan Builders also set up our whole house generator and all the work that goes with that project; the generator provides peace of mind since Hurricane Sandy!

We hired Keenan Building & Remodeling to reside our house and garage as well as replace both roofs. In addition to siding we had front door replaced and added faux stone for front and chimney. It looks great and has held up great, even after 16 years. We plan on using Keenan Building & Remodeling for an upcoming bathroom remodeling.
