We work with Kawartha Lakes all the time and they are one of the best companies to work for from a subcontractor point of view. It's great to know the job site will be clean and organized and ready to go on schedule. It reflects the type of company they are. They have a great design team and always pay close attention to detail.

From start to finish the Kawartha Lakes Construction team were professional, helpful in offering advice and new ideas for our garage project. The team onsite were courteous, friendly, efficient and kept a clean and safe job site. If we ever get the opportunity to build our own home they will be the ones we call. If you want your project looked after so that everything is taken care of from drawings, design, permits to a beautifully finished product, Kawartha Lakes Construction won't disappoint you.

Excellent, team oriented professionals - we have worked for this company for many years and found them to be truly exceptional in every way. Their attention to detail and focus on quality are second to none. Their constant upgrading and changing to keep up with technology make them a leader in the industry. I would definitely recommend them if you're interested in quality building.

Kawartha Lakes Construction built an elevated deck on my property. From my first contact -- when two team members visited me, listened carefully and took photographs -- to the last -- when my project was completed a little ahead of schedule -- I was impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and technical skills. They drew up the blueprints, secured the necessary approvals, built the deck and cleaned up the site in a way that met my hopes as well as my expectations. KLC was not by any means my cheapest option, but I have no regrets whatsoever about having hired them, and I would hire them again without hesitation.

I have never seen a company with as much technical expertise and advanced processes in place for the execution of a residential construction project. KLC is very much the full package and the only way to go in their next of the woods. You can do no better with Scott and his amazing team.

コメント：can you tell me the dimensions of the island?Hi there, sorry for our tardy response! Thanks for your interest. This particular island is 6 ft x 6 ft, with a 12 in overhang. Yes, there is storage on either sides of the island.
