As a first timer renovating a home, let alone a kitchen, I hit a wall and felt completely overwhelmed. Katie directed me straight to what I was looking for with my kitchen, and I'm very pleased with the look of my new kitchen! However, where Katie really shined was when I was having a "breakdown" on designing my new master bath: she volunteered her time to give me direction and great advice to achieving a wonderful bathroom... none of which she charged for. Although there was one miscommunication in the kitchen that I ended up paying for to have resolved, the amount of time, help, assurance, and sanity that Katie gave me during a very stressful time in my life is VERY appreciated and most certainly made a BIG difference in my renovation experience! Thank you, Katie!

Katie came recommended with thumbs up from another friend who had used her services. While we had a general idea of what we wanted in a kitchen remodel we were still looking for some fresh and creative ideas for not only our kitchen but bathroom as well. Katie has a great design sense and an abundance of fantastic ideas. Katie is easy to work with, helpful and was responsive to our needs and many questions. She helped us take our ideas to the look of professionalism that we wanted. Our cabinets are beautiful, solid, well made and the perfect color. Installation went smoothly and stayed on schedule. We did have a small problem with a few shelves that the manufacturer sent, on the third try they got it right. Each time I sit down in my kitchen I have to pinch myself that have the kitchen I have always wanted!

In a town where people seem to just “blow you off”, Katie at Heritage Cabinetry & Design was just a joy to work with! My husband and I, recently, survived our first ever kitchen remodel. We were pretty much in the dark about the whole process but after our first meeting with Katie, we knew we wanted to work with her. Being amateur "remodelers", we appreciated her sound advice and helpful suggestions. She guided us through our awesome two-tone cabinetry selection and also gave us direction with finding cabinet hardware, our range hood and kitchen sink. All of which we absolutely love! When I was panicking over the back splash selection and, not even thinking, emailed Katie on Christmas Eve, she was quick to respond. Katie is a true professional…courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and always responsive. We highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for cabinetry needs!

We remodeled our kitchen and we consider ourselves quite fortunate to have been introduced to the very upbeat Katie Crook to help us with new cabinets. We found her to be very patient. In spite of our indecisiveness, she cheerfully produced multiple computerized drawings of alternative designs. While she had definite and creative ideas about the design of our kitchen, she was also respectful and supportive of our ideas as well. We found Katie knowledgeable—not only about her products but the allied products (such as appliances) trades, and installation services that would be connected to the cabinets that we designed. She was responsive—she answered our phone calls promptly—and she worked well with our general contractor.. We highly recommend Katie Crook to anyone considering a similar project..

Couldn't be happier with Katie! Will use her again when we get ready to do the bathroom. I found Katie because two friends with totally different tastes had her do two completely different designs and they both turned out beautifully. Working with Katie is also very nice. She is an excellent communicator and accurate in her measurements. When I had questions about some of the details, she was flexible and worked with me to find a compromise. Her tips on subs were also valuable and the estimate of cost was good. We went over the budget due to my changes of mind. She is a gem, I highly recommend Katie!

Katie provided us with cabinet and island design for a kitchen remodel. We also purchased the cabinets through her company. Katie is great to work with. She provided several iterations of very detailed drawings until we reached the design and price point we wanted. She kept us well informed of delivery status. In addition, she provided us with very solid advice on which vendor to use for countertop fabrication and installation. Katie was easy to get in touch with and always ready to answer all of our questions. Extremely professional. Would definitely work with her again.

From the beginning of our remodel journey, Katie was always so patient with us. She asked what our styles/tastes were and was able to lead us to our decision, never forcing us to choose what she wanted. She would present us with different combinations for our kitchen (tile, cabinets, colors, countertops) and let us decide what we liked best. And if our heart was dead set on something, she was sure to make it work for us in a very practical way! And when she knew that an option was not right for us, she would very professionally tell us her opinion as to why our choice wouldn't quite work but then she would present us with other options to choose from. Our kitchen remodel soon morphed into a master bed/bath remodel and she was invaluable helping us design that area as well!!! We can't wait to work with her again!!

Katie is a professional in her field. We first met Katie at Haywards. Our kitchen had to be gutted and rebuilt. She helped us with cabinet style choice and counter top. She worked within our budget to obtain high quality throughout. She visited several times during the 3 month remodel period. She was easy to work with, easy to express doubts to (we don't redo our kitchen often!), and answered texts and calls. We like her. Project cost: $42,000.

Meeting and working with Katie was a pleasure. She knows her job thoroughly and is professional. I liked her design ideas when we met at my home. Later, when I requested that she draw up a proposed design, she completed it within hours. I liked her design right away and had only a couple of minor changes to make, which she made while I was at her desk. She is amazing! I recommend Katie, always pleasant and willing to help. Her design ideas were fabulous and her company makes quality cabinets.
