I used Kathaa Studio for renovating most of the rooms in my apartment. Right from beginning till end of the project, they were sincere and took ownership as like its their own house and executed the project. They do provide constant weekly updates with the progress of the project and completed the project with their estimated timeframe. They are very knowledgeable in what they do, and they stick to their invoices that they provide during the design phases (no hidden surprises). Living in abroad, I was fortunate enough to get hold of Kathaa studio to complete my renovation project with peace of mind. Definitely recommend them for your projects.

I live in USA and needed someone to take care of repair and renovation work for my property in Chennai without any supervision. After understanding my needs they gave an estimate that was reasonably priced. They have done a great job in transforming my old kitchen to a beautiful modern look with lots of shelves, drawers and cabinets. They built a new sump and renovated my old bathroom. The team constantly updated me on the progress. Whenever they came across some issues that needed to be taken care of they let me know immediately. They guided me in choosing from a wide selection available for doors, paint colors and fittings for kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend this team.

Padma and her team did an awesome job renovating my house in Chennai. They provide honest opinion, end to end accountability and peace of mind that obviously comes at a cost. In addition was easy to communicate in a timely manner even when you are overseas. Highly recommend them to any overseas folks who want to renovate their homes with high quality.

Padmavathi is really knowledgeable and designs the way we want our dream house to be and more. Her designs are future proof and environment friendly too. Excellent work done by the architect. She had designed a G+2 Residential building @Guindy IE as per my need and included latest architectural designs in it. I would highly recommend her.
