We have used Kalimar for two large projects....one being a complete house renovation and the other being a large addition on the same house two years later. Working with Khal was a fantastic experience on both projects. His knowledge and planning expertise were far superior to other contractors we have worked with in the past and as a result we were done our projects in a timely fashion and on budget. I would strongly recommend Kalimar and personally wouldn't use anyone else.

We had enlisted Khal to renovate our basement in our previous home in 2010. We were so pleased with his level of service, reliability, sticking to budget, and quality of work, that we decided to hire him again for a full reno of our new fixer upper that we purchased in 2015. Throughout both processes he was great to work with. His contractors were always mindful of the neighborhood they were in, they worked hard and finished in accurate timelines. Khal was always quite accurate with timelines and budgets (within reason as these projects can vary greatly with timelines and budgets week to week!) and would let us know if things were possible or not within our budget. He always strived to satisfy the customer. Another great thing about Khal was his timely response to any concerns we had during the process of the renovation. He was very collaborative and up front. All in all, a hard-working honest guy who works with integrity. We would highly recommend his services. Siew and Steve

Kalimar homes has completed multiple projects for our family, ranging from a condo Reno to a full home extension, And an estate home updating. Very strong on customer consultation and customer service Always searches best prices for materials without sacrificing quality Workmanship high quality with no concerns about an extra visit to get it right. I have great confidence in recommending Kalimar homes as Kal finished all our projects on time and on budget.

It wasn't our first time renovating , but it was the first time we hire Kalimar custom homes. It was a great choice, our renos weren't as stressful , workers were always on time, nice & professional. Khal was amazing , he was on top of everything & didn't let us stress about anything , he was there whenever needed . We are very happy with the turn out . We will definitily use this company for future projects .

Our project was customized to fit our lives with young children and a home-based business. Khal Umar is extremely knowledgeable, hard-working and able to anticipate problems at every stage. His experience was evident and I am certain it saved us money, time and future problems. The fact is that our project was completed in time, on budget and without hassle. I would recommend Kalimar Custom Homes Lts without hesitation.

Excellent service. Reliable and accommodating. Made every effort to provide a high standard and quality of materials within my budget. Basement renovations and upstairs renos were of highest quality. Clean up was very good after work was done. As was follow up. Would recommend Kalimar without reservation.

Khal completed my basement renovation on time and on budget, with consistent open communication . Right from the start they were great in reviewing the design with me, offering suggested improvements and providing an accurate quote for the project. Khal was also able to keep my project on schedule all through the floods of June 2013, while managing several other projects as well as helping out flood victims. Project took roughly 2 months to complete and we are very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend them to anyone...
