We asked for a quote for our ensuite, and were attracted to the concept-to-completion all-in package. Justin was very helpful, friendly, and guided us through many choices, patiently offering alternatives when we couldn't decide certain details, even while the work was ongoing. Everything came in on time and on budget and finished to a high standard, and we are very happy with the final room. We would highly recommend and happily use again for any future work.

Omega is thoroughly recommended. They demonstrate high standards of technical expertise, alongside reliability and professionalism, paying attention to all kinds of detail to deliver a great finish. They know their stuff! They brought a contemporary feel to a tired old bathroom, sorting out some very quirky pipework and finding answers to many idiosyncrasies along the way.

Firstly, I have used Justin in the past to complete my bathroom project and could not rate this previous work on my house highly enough. At that time they only undertook bathroom related work. I contacted Justin last year to see if he would consider taking on a large kitchen project as I trusted and knew his work and thankfully, he took on the project. I gave Justin the provisional design I had drafted for the kitchen, he took this away and came back with a full computerised representation of the kitchen, he provided me with samples and materials to make informed decisions and made some of my more elaborate expectations a reality. One of Justins particular design skills is in the field of technology. If you are willing to trust the possibilities the outcomes can be outstanding and having expanded my original project from the kitchen to other areas of the house, I can confidently say I have a fully functioning automated SMART home, lights, CCTV, alarm and even the shower being voice activated. I cannot speak highly enough of Justin and Dans levels of customer service and integrity and have already recommended them to friends and family. I can say with confidence I have one of the best kitchens I have ever seen in and it is hard to believe I own it !!!

Justin and Dan, plus Harrison, transformed our bathroom and cloakroom. Both rooms look absolutely fantastic and we're delighted. Showering in the bathroom is now a luxurious experience, and the upgrades of the fixtures and fittings with the dimmable mirror cabinet and the dual toothbrush charger feel modern and slick and are very useful. And we love the cloakroom - the feature wall with the blue pattern tiles and all the new units, fixtures and fittings. Both rooms are just what we wanted and needed them to be. As well as looking amazing, the biggest thing is what it can do for my wife, who has mobility issues. Having a walk-in shower with grab rails, plenty of room for manoeuvrability and room for a shower seat means she'll be able to use it; and the cloakroom with the easier flush, the light pull-cord moved to the right side for her and extra storage will help her independence. Communication was excellent, lots of choices and options were offered, and the utmost care was taken throughout. Very happy, so many thanks to the team for all the hard work. We definitely made the right choice.

Justin and Dan completely transformed our dated, cramped bathroom with separate loo, into a modern, stylish, spacious room. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Justin designed a layout we hadn’t considered but that worked for the room, and he took the stress out of selecting the best fixtures and fittings for the look we wanted. We are delighted with the final result and would definitely recommend Omega.

We are loving our new shower room! We can absolutely endorse all the really positive reviews that you see on Houzz and would happily recommend Omega to anyone considering using them. Like some other people we were a bit nervous about a complete strip out of the bathroom, back to the bare walls in a Victorian property, and our design choices but Justin was always happy to discuss the options and sourced all the elements, right down to the door knobs! Just had our cloakroom refitted, Justin and Dan were very professional, clean and tidy workers, changed some ideas on the job, nothing a problem, always turned up on time and left our house tidy. Justin and Dan have just completed both of our bathrooms and the end finish has exceeded our expectations. We felt confident from the initial ideas chat with Justin that he understood our vision and he was really helpful in suggesting some layout changes to make our family bathroom even more functional. We found the 3D design service really helpful to visualise our ideas and also really liked the shared Dropbox folder to communicate different ideas and decisions. Throughout the build, Justin and Dan were friendly, tidy, punctual and extremely hard working. Justin even put in some extra hours over the weekend to ensure they stuck to schedule. Both bathrooms were stripped right back and re-built from scratch. All work was completed to an extremely high standard and the finish is immaculate. There were a few little tweaks we requested here and there and no ask was too much. Thank you both for our amazing bathrooms, we will certainly enjoy them for many years to come.

We'd like to say a massive thank you to Justin & Dan for the brilliant job they did in our bathroom. Justin was recommended to us by a friend. We contacted Justin via his website and he got back to us quite quickly to get things started. Justin started by visiting us at home to see our old bathroom and talk through what we wanted. He then returned with some CGI designs and very soon we had a formal quote and start date from him. We were impressed with the amount of engagement we had from Justin before the work started. He guided us through the material and sanitary ware choices we could make and was very good at explaining how colour schemes would work and the tiles we needed. When the work started we were very impressed with how courteous they were and the amount of care they took to protect the house during the work. Justin fully understood we had kids and only one bathroom so tried to keep the disruption to a minimum by having the toilet on every night and got the bath plumbed in asap which was great. Justin and Dan were extremely polite at all times and very hard working--we could see the bathroom progressing every day. Our original choice of wall tile was not suitable, so Justin spent one morning collecting alternatives for us to choose from which was really helpful and summed up their obvious commitment to customer care and quality. We are really pleased with the finished bathroom. The quality of workmanship is great and there is an attention to detail which makes a huge difference. The project was finished within the timescale Justin had estimated and Dan cleaned up so thoroughly it was almost like they had not been there! We would love for Justin to do our kitchen too, but we are not ready for that yet and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After fitting a new downstairs toilet we had no hesitation in appointing omega to refurbish our bathroom. We were right to do so. Another first class job by Justin and Dan. From pre planning to completion Justin took the time to ensure that we had everything that we wanted in our new bathroom. The beauty of the process is that you have time to change your mind as the bathroom develops. We have no hesitation in suggesting that you make Omega your first choice whether it be for a new bathroom or kitchen. You won’t regret it!

Several years ago I had a complete bathroom refit that was very badly done. Fed up with throwing good money after bad trying to keep it going, I engaged Justin to strip it all out and start again. I was very nervous about the process given my past experience especially as I live in a Victorian property with all the issues that can bring. I needn't have worried. Justin was so patient through all my concerns and changes of mind. The installation by Justin and Dan was as painless as possible and finished to a high standard. I now have a bathroom that works and looks fabulous - possibly even better than I had hoped. Highly recommended!
