My job was a small one, but it made no difference to Julian at No Fuss Kitchens. He quickly found a colour to match my cabinets and was so calm and patient throughout my dealings with him. He is a perfectionist who makes sure everything is up to his standard. Doreen who assisted Julian was so lovely and enthusiastic about her work. It was such a pleasure working with Julian and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend No Fuss Kitchens to friends and family. I am delighted with my new cabinet doors. They blend in perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. Thanks Julian, you did a great job and my kitchen looks so much better as a result.

Julian at No Fuss Kitchens was very easy to deal with and helpful with the design of the kitchen for our self-build project. We wanted some features we couldn't get with an online flat-pack, and he made useful suggestions for the design and was very patient while we finalised it. It was designed and delivered to us in regional Victoria ready for us to install ourselves.

This is the second time we have used no fuss kitchens, the first time some 16 years ago again we found them easy to work with, responsive , mindfull of the impact on the household by trying to meet timelines and we were again very happy with the quality of work and the end product

I love my laundry and the service (and patience) I received with designing it. So many wonderful and affordable options to choose from...I wanted them all! I also made some changes along the way that they easily accommodated. They were also helpful with providing advice and recommendations when I asked for it. Installation was seamless and quick. My goal was to have a small laundry that looks good, is functional and has lots of storage space. Tick, Tick, Tick!

We needed a good, knowledgeable, experienced and professional kitchen cabinet maker for our new granny flat in Box Hill in September 2019.. After checking our several companies near to Middleborough Road, we decided to give No Fuss Kitchens a shot. The first person I met was Jack Kenyon the owner. He was always cheerful, upbeat, approachable and friendly showing me his factory where the CNC machines are located to precision cut the panels to size as required. Everything is software driven from design to the final plans he explained to me then. It was an eye opener of sort for me. Jack was very helpful too in explaining the various materials options available to suit our budget including appropriate colour schemes to match the interior. Jack wears his trademark beret like a Foreign Legion veteran with pride and panache. I must say he looks very French to me beret and all. Following on from this promising start, Jack then attended promptly to view the site and speak to Serge our builder. It was not hard to tell that both are true old school professionals (now becoming rarer and rarer like pink Argyle diamonds) who take pride in their work got along well like long lost comrades which was another positive sign as they both have to work together to ensure a good job outcome. After quoting for the job, Jack went over the initial plans with me in his office assiduously making suggestions, recommendations and amendments to further suit out needs. He suggested getting built in microwave oven and steam oven to complement all the other kitchen appliances and eventually came up with a well thought through and conceptualised plan that maximised the available space from ceiling to floor while positioning the appliances at convenient locations for ease of use and convenience. After finalising the plan, Jack made a special effort bending over backwards to meet our installation deadline which was earlier than normal notwithstanding the busy Spring renovation season kicking in. He accommodated all our requests and walked many extra miles to ensure the final outcome was our dream kitchen come true. Besides Jack, we also interacted with Julian King, General Manager, and Penny MacKenzie (nicknamed "M"), kitchen designer, among others. Without exception, all of them were like Jack exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable and understanding with very high levels of energy and customer care, concern and attention to detail. As a matter of fact No Fuss Kitchens buzzed with positive energy from start to end because they have been in this industry for a long time and truly and genuinely understand the needs of their customers and how to go about meeting them. They really care about their customers putting their needs and interests above everything else. Bravo! Or is it A Votre Sante! in French le Jack Kenyon?! In our case, they far exceeded all our expectations in every sense of the word. Well done Jack, Julian, Penny and all the others who looked after us amazingly well. We enjoyed the whole process enormously and thanks again for delivering an A class +++ and very high quality customised kitchen experience that even surprised Serge our builder-engineer with 40 years of industry experience. I think he will be in touch with No Fuss Kitchens for his future projects too if my mind reading is correct.

No Fuss Kitchens were outstanding in helping us achieve our dream kitchen, laundry and pantry renovation. The whole team were excellent to work with - in particular Penny, Julian and Ted -from design through to installation. Penny guided our choices with really practical advice and helped us to navigate all of the options available without it all being overwhelming. In fact, No Fuss were so good that we found them to be the best trade we worked with throughout an extensive renovation encompassing pretty much every trade you could imagine. We had our kitchen installed in December 2017 by No Fuss Kitchens. We did a massive renovation where we gutted the entire house and Julian was one of the very few trades who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I designed both kitchens, but Julian noticed some flaws in my design in the main kitchen and made some really good suggestions to overcome them without me having to compromise on what I wanted. From placing the order to the installation, everything went well, fixing the small problem we did have without any fuss at all. Julian even had his production manager come out to site to check all the measurements as our walls were dodgy to say the least (not straight). Installation probably took a little longer than expected, but we learned quickly that waiting for good work to be done is far better than shoddy work done quickly. Additionally, we found the price extremely competitive. Julian assured us that any problems in the future he would fix straight away. Having used the kitchen for over a year, we have had absolutely no problems and it still looks amazing and is a pleasure to be in. We cannot recommend Julian and his team at No Fuss Kitchens enough. Nothing was too much trouble for Julian and his team. Worked day and night to get it done. Exceptional attention to detail. The joinery was the centre piece of our renovation, and Julian delivered.

The name of the the company should be FUSS Kitchens. We ordered kitchen from this company in March 18 . The design and the quote was quick. We were told that installation will took 2-3 days and to our shock it took more than a week excluding weekend. We still managed with incomplete kitchen to do the house warming ceremony.The quality is really good. But the customer service is pathetic. We have done the payment as committed. The cutlery was not provided even after two weeks of kitchen installation. Every time their person will bring the half size cutlery. We used to call the owner but always on voice mail. We went to shop but no response. We were without cutlery for almost more than 2 months. No reply even after so many calls. Suddenly one day they realized that last payment is pending which was to be done on the completion. Then i got call from them and cutlery was given the very next day and we transferred the pending amount. I asked for the invoice and warranty which was part of contract and we paid GST also. Now again their phone are going on voice mail and no reply. Are we asking extra? Is this the customer services that no response after installation. What about after customer services? This is how the things are done honestly? This torture to a customer.

We are very happy with our beautiful new kitchen designed and installed by No Fuss Kitchens! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Julian and all of the highly skilled tradesmen. They listened and responded positively to all of our requests and last-minute changes of mind. Thanks very much to the whole team!
