We recently had our kitchen remodeled. This was our first big project on our 1926 Spanish style home. Judith Vogt was our designer. She was amazing! She had so many creative ideas and helped us execute a design that fit all of our needs. Our kitchen was small and closed and her design really opened it up. Every idea she gave us we loved. She works with West Remodeling and they make an excellent team. We highly recommend her for all your designing needs.

We worked with Judith in a total remodel of our 1920s house (including kitchen and two bathrooms) and Judith was indispensable to helping us navigate a very extensive renovation process. Judith helped us every step of the way when we needed to make a decision - from big issues (floor plan, kitchen and bathroom layout) to smaller ones (selection and placement of fixtures, paint colors, etc.). Judith is a trained chef and it shows in her thoughtful kitchen designs, she came up with a wonderful kitchen layout that is both practical for everyday cooking and looks fantastic. She was also instrumental in keeping us on budget in our selection of finishes and helping us make decisions when we were torn between different options. She has a great eye for timeless designs, and we are so happy with the end result. Judith was a delight to work with and we would highly recommend her.

I truly appreciated Judith's expertise and advice during my master bathroom remodel. I had definite ideas of what I wanted, but no clear picture of how to incorporate them seamlessly. She was wonderful at working with my vision, asking the right questions, sharing her keen eye and knowledge, and listening to my (somewhat vague at times) opinions. She was also great at accommodating my schedule, whether we were at my house or out looking at samples. The result is a beautiful blue spa bathroom I greatly enjoy and love to show off.

Judith’s advice, insight and expertise were all essential to the success of my kitchen remodel. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but I had very strong likes and dislikes, and she took the trouble to understand my taste and my prejudices. She really respected my input and took me seriously as a collaborator on the project. After our first meeting, I could tell that she was not going to push me to do something I didn’t want to do, and she really helped me figure out what was going to work, and how to solve the millions of problems that came up along the way. Plus, she had lots of great ideas that I would never have thought of, and she let me know she appreciated my own ideas. The other great thing about Judith as a kitchen designer is that she is actually an accomplished cook, so her advice is not just about how things look but about how things are going to function. She had tons of great advice about how to use my new kitchen that in some cases changed the way I cook. Judith was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I can honestly say that I would not have made it through the stresses of the renovation without her.

Judith did my master bath , guest bath , laundry room and kitchen over the course of a couple years . She was terrific. Very knowledgeable on all products and a keen eye on details and colors . Her organization and planning made the contractors life much easier. I highly recommend her

We hired Judith to design and consult on a whole home remodel. No way we would have ever survived without Judith. What we appreciated the most was Judith's guiding philosophy that she has no "style" to push onto homeowners (unlike several other designers we interviewed). Judith has fantastic instincts and incredibly helpful insight that help guide your own vision into reality. She knows every step of the process and serves as invaluable resources throughout. To be honest, I wish she were a general contractor and could have just taken over our entire project for us! Above all else, she is a wonderful person and a true joy to work with and get to know. She understood how to solve a complex problem to satisfy both my and my husband's needs in remodeling our kitchen, and preserving all the character of our older home. Judith Vogt was the mastermind behind our kitchen and master bath remodel. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and the end result far exceeded our expectations. She is extremely patient and is able to articulate the pros and cons about the various design options in a clear way that allowed us to make a smart decision. She also has a keen eye and is very detailed oriented. She noticed things that our contractor had overlooked and that we wouldn't have noticed until it was too late. Judith oversaw our whole project from start to finish and this made me feel so much more comfortable every step of the way. Another great thing about Judith is that she was able to incorporate our taste but yet knew how to redirect us towards a far better design when needed. We are absolutely thrilled with how our project turned out and will hire her again for any future home design needs.

I have worked with Judith on 2 major kitchen/bath renovations (first in 2010 and then in a new home in 2014) and she is the best. Her designs and suggestions were right on and she has an eye for detail... and she is a delight to work with.
