Tim Fincannon and John Taylor are a father-son team who have a passion for building beautiful custom homes and taking care of their customers. John has been in the construction industry all of his life and has a long resume in residential, commercial and medical construction. Tim grew up always working on one of his dad’s work sites and developed a passion for building at an early age. Tim and John started building and remolding homes together in 2001. We focus on custom homes, semi-custom homes and high end spec homes. We are all about the customer, attention to detail, and doing everything possible to meet and exceed expectations. TSF Development is a custom home builder, NOT a production builder. We personally manage all of our projects, and are on site every day.
