John and Valerie Plunkett and their team of design professionals (including Liz) helped us furnish our home in Wilmette. From the beginning of the project to the end, they helped with every detail, including making visits to our home to confirm measurements, color/fabric selections, etc. With their keen eye for detail and awareness of our overall design concept, they selected beautiful pieces that reflected our style and worked within our price range. We are so happy with the quality of the furniture and rugs that we purchased, and will definitely continue to use the Plunkett team for our future furniture/art purchases.

My husband and I have worked with John and Valerie for years. Their style and warmth turned our houses into homes. Valerie and John transitioned us from the suburbs to the city. All the while keeping the 'new' look true to who we are and making it allot of fun. John's eye for design and Valerie's eye for color are just a few of the qualities they bring to their work. Plunkett Interiors helped me integrate my existing furniture with new purchases and by reworking some of my family treasures. From window treatments to a custom ottoman they were full service! You can tell they are truly passionate about design and really strive to make your home a beautiful, functional place. They have a great deal of experience and knowledge. My drapes are beautifully made. With the exception of one custom ottoman everything was done in the time promised. All the people involved that came into my home were very neat,professional, on time and careful of my home. I look forward to a long working relationship as I continue to edit!

John and Valerie Plunkett are very caring people who treated us like VIPs from the very beginning of our relationship. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found them. They spent many hours understanding our needs, taking us to the Merchandise Mart to look at furniture, making trips to carpet and tile stores to look at and advise us on the right materials and colors, and even hanging our paintings. Our condo looks amazing thanks to John and Valerie's effort and anyone who's fortunate to hire them as their interior decorators should consider themselves lucky.
