Not only did they finish the work in one day (other companies told us would take three), but the owner, Matt, took extra time to help us design the fireplace that met our wants and needs. When we purchased the fireplace door, he went over and above to call the manufacturer to make sure he installed it correctly and worked with them to customize it for our space.
