Josiah is a third-generation carpenter and General Contractor with over 14 years experience. Coming from a history in the construction and remodeling business, Josiah has been groomed for this his entire life. Josiah started Precourt Remodeling in 2001 and has completed projects from Boston, Massachusetts to Rhode Island. He has specialized in the renovation of bathrooms, finished basements, kitchens and additions. In 2009, he completed building his own, new construction home. Precourt Remodeling’s owner, Josiah Precourt runs every job personally, and supervises all projects from the first meeting to the very last. His hands on approach is exceptional; working closely with his clients to ensure their vision is executed seamlessly.
