Only five stars?!?! Bonsai was exactly what I needed and saved me a TON of unnecessary time and heartache. They were there within 24 hours and measuring away for as-builts. I would say around a week and I had a complete design in hand which we tweaked several times until we got it right. They never once charged me extra for revisions or complained when I was so indecisive. I can't say enough about how consciousness and understanding they were about my budget and pulling all my ideas together to make the perfect dream home here on the White Rock Lake. I give anyone permission to call me if they would like to tour the house for a referral.
