I reached out to Joe, owner of DeMarco Builders, after a run in with a few shady contractors. I had a large, complete interior home remodel and was in desperate search for the right group to work with: DeMarco Builders delivered, and then some. I knew that my project was going to be very expensive and had a very practical, but tight budget. Joe was very professional; he tirelessly worked with me every step of the way to ensure that the final project cost was within means and that the quality of work was exceptional. Additionally, we worked together to accommodate an aggressive timeline for the project's completion. Working together, we completed the following: - Architecture/Design - Kitchen Remodel - Bath Remodel (2) - Complete Drywall Resurfacing/Patchwork - Complete Interior Paint - Hardware Floor Restoration/Refinishing - Electrical Update (including all wiring, panel, and service box) - Interior Plumbing Update - Central Furnace Upgrade from Oil to Natural Gas - Air Conditioning Installation - Exterior Siding Removal (to expose second layer of cedar siding) - Exterior Cedar Shingle Patchwork - Exterior Multi-Color Painting - Exterior Basement Waterproofing Not only was the DeMarco Builder's finished work highly polished, but they managed to meet a very aggressive deadline that I had requested at the start of the remodel. I was concerned on how my neighbors would react to long term construction on my property, but DeMarco Builders we very clean, polite, friendly, and respectful- my neighbors loved them! I highly recommend DeMarco Builders for any project that you may be considering. I have found them to be unparalleled in both their craftsmanship and professionalism- something that I was starting to have my doubts that I would ever find in this current market.

Our lucky day was when we hired De Marco Builders to remodel the kitchen and install hardwood floors in our newly purchased 1982 condo, which had a few inherited structural problems! Joe De Marco and his crew dove right in to fix those problems and save the day for us. They are smart, hard working and creative. Joe is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a contractor. A job wasn't finished until Joe thought it was perfect. I was pretty scared and unsure about choices in cabinets, counter-tops, back-splash and wood floors, but Joe practically held my hand through the whole process and was quick to help with ideas and his past experiences. Our kitchen is amazing! I never thought I would own a kitchen like this! Our floors are beautiful and solid. Our whole project took less than 10 days. The entire crew was fantastic. They were also very polite and friendly and kept the construction debris cleaned up throughout the job. We will definitely use them again and will also refer them to our friends and family.

I had previously used DeMarco Builders for an addition/remodel to my home in 2004. When I wanted to remodel my kitchen I called them first. Joe DeMarco and his crew do excellent work and always keep the client's wishes (and budget) in mind. I had an idea of what I wanted but the space is very small, only 7'x12' wall to wall. Joe was able to design a layout that maximized the space I had and as the project was ongoing, make suggestions that further enhanced the design. My house was built in 1949 and the kitchen had very little storage or counter space. My new kitchen design has tripled the counter and storage available. As with my previous experience with DeMarco Builders I am thrilled with the finished project. The work was done on time, on budget, and in a professional manner.
