Migliozzi Architecture, located in Orange County, California, provides high-end design, conceptual drawings, and consultation services to home owners, real estate developers, and commercial tenants. We provide unique solutions to the specific architectural needs of our clients. We believe each of our clients has a distinctive taste and a point of view that, not only should be revealed, but can only be implemented through attention to detail and quality in the design process. By focusing on the individuality of the client, we achieve our goal: "To create spaces that clients can identify with." About the Principal Architect: Originally from Argentina, Jorgelina (“Giorgie”) Migliozzi, is a licensed architect in California, USA and Argentina. Giorgie received her Architectural Bachelor degree from the University of Mendoza, Architecture Faculty. Upon moving to California in 2002 she begun studying Interior Design and obtained her Architectural License. Giorgie founded Migliozzi Architecture with the vision of creating a firm that focuses in customer communication and the ability to listen to the client spacial /style requirements.

Migliozzi Design was truly the link that brought all elements of our project together. What began as a routine kitchen remodel, ended with amazing changes to our home that I couldn't have imagined! We are so happy with Miggliozzi Design Architecture. We have done a few projects with them and everything has been an amazing experience with great results. From the first meetings for the initial concept to the design development, follow up with changes and important structural work. We continue to work with them and we look forward to the transformation of our home. We highly recommend Miggliozzo Design Architecture for both interior and exterior design. From concept to working with engineers to pushing contractors they were the best!!

I like to take this opportunity to thank Giorgie from Migliozzi design architecture for her wonderful job she has done designing and guiding me throughout the project. She was able to design and put together a set of plans to add about 380 sq ft to existing house and 1200 sq ft (max. By city ordinance) ADU (additional dwelling unit ) in back of property. The challenge was designing with property setbacks limits, existing structures, city ordinance and regulations, and most important to satisfy my needs and vision. Over all I have been very satisfied with her professionalism and patience throughout the process. I Look forward working with her again on my next project.

We hired Migliozzi Design Architecture to create the architectural plans for our home remodel project which will increase our 1212 square foot home by over 1000 square feet. Ms. Migliozzi, the company’s architect, handled the project with a high degree of professionalism. She listened to our needs and easily incorporated them into the plans often communicating suggestions that improved the ideas we had. She also accommodated our revision requests promptly and was always pleasant and easy to work with. Moreover, she was able to recommend other needed quality professionals to take care of necessary requirements such as Title 24 and structural engineering. In addition, both the local City personnel and the contractors we’ve interviewed were impressed by her sense of detail. We look forward to implementing these meticulous plans when constructing our dream home. Should we have other home improvement projects in the future, we will certainly hire Migliozzi Design Architecture again.

Jorgelina was one of the few contractors who would take care of you if your project got into trouble. Eighty % of the contractors that we used before either did not care to finish what they promised or just delay your project until they were ready, on their own schedule. You won't find that in her. In addition her charges and schedule were very reasonable. You need a reliable and honest architect. Go to her.

My husband and I were referred to Migliozzi Design through a contractor, while looking to remodel our kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and add an addition to our home. Jorgelina was great to work with. Very professional, reliable, up front and honest and affordable. She listened to our ideas and made our dreams a reality. We have received several compliments on the detailed plans she prepared for us and they were stamped and approved by the City. I would definitely recommend Migliozzi Design!
