Founded in 1991, Jones-Keena & Co. is led by the mother daughter team of Lucy Earl and Nicole Withers. They are known for their personalized approach to create extraordinary residential and commercial spaces. Per Lucy, “We challenge our clients to develop their own style and to live a bigger, more beautiful life than they ever thought possible.” Nicole describes J-K’s style as one of classic timeless interiors, whether contemporary or traditional. All great rooms need to stand the test of time.
Jones-Keena is a full-service firm with a staff of 24 and 16 designers. We collaborate with clients, architects, builders, vendors, and tradespeople in every step of the design process. We specialize in projects from the ground up, including interior architecture, builder specifications, material and surface selections, space planning, and whole home furnishings. We travel extensively with clients, seeking unique art, antiques, furniture, and rugs in New York, Atlanta, Miami, and High Point.
Jones-Keena’s work has been featured in Traditional Home, Better Homes & Gardens, Detroit Design, Northern Home & Cottage, Michigan BLUE and other major publications. We have also won multiple design awards from Detroit Design magazine. Our Birmingham office is a showroom featuring curated art, rugs, furniture, and accessories and an on-site, custom upholstery studio. Lucy and Nicole are active philanthropically with Variety the Children’s Charity and are Design Board members of Suite Dreams.
