Josephine Khoo, CMKBD

Josephine is a graduate of University of the Cumberlands, Kentucky where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fine Arts, and another degree prior to that in Graphic Arts and Design. Upon graduation, she spent 8 years in the corporate world working for IBM where she was recognized repeatedly for leadership and outstanding performance. The years of corporate experience has provided her with strong business skills and a career background unique for a design professional. In 2002, Josephine made a career decision to leave the corporate world to pursue her life-long interest in Kitchen & Bath design, remodeling and renovation. With 21 years of working in the K & B industry, Josephine has a vast experience in planning and executing the design plan, working closely with the project team from concept to completion. Josephine is known for her attention to detail and diverse aesthetics, which comes from each client’s tastes, life experiences, and close collaboration. Her goal as a designer is to find the perfect balance between beauty and functionality, and she finds inspiration in the lifestyle of her clients, always motivating them past their comfort zone in order to express their personality in newfound ways. Josephine’s passions other than design & remodeling:- · Spending time with family & friends · Baking · Tai Chi & Tennis · Travelling – usually to places known for art and great food
