Currently, we are working with her with a full remodel project, and our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. JoJo stands out for several reasons: her responsiveness, which is a rare find in this industry; her unparalleled creativity; her cost-conscious approach; her thoughtfulness; her meticulous attention to detail, and more. What sets JoJo apart is her ability to truly listen to her clients. In our case, she expertly navigated the input of both myself and my spouse, deciphering our often vague and conflicting preferences to deliver stunning solutions. JoJo skillfully managed my entire interior design project, overseeing it from concept through demolition to completion. I chose to execute the project in two phases, starting with the second floor. Given my limited sense of design and occasional difficulty expressing my preferences, I provided JoJo with magazine pictures for inspiration. JoJo adeptly translated my general taste into concrete and functional designs, resulting in an outstanding second-floor transformation. Impressed with the initial outcome, I enlisted JoJo's expertise again to tackle the redesign of the first floor. This time, JoJo recommended beginning with a three-dimensional rendering to facilitate the design process. We collaborated extensively, with JoJo being receptive to my comments and suggestions. From granite and paint selection to fabrics, rugs, and furniture, JoJo guided me through every aspect, allowing me to visualize the complete overhaul of the first floor. JoJo's commitment shone through as we navigated challenges together for over a year, including pandemic-related issues like back orders, supply chain disruptions, and extended lead times. Opting for JoJo's full-service turnkey design services was a wise decision, given my busy schedule. JoJo seamlessly managed all aspects, handling the coordination of various contractors from start to finish. In the end, JoJo transformed my home into a sophisticated yet entirely livable space. We're genuinely amazed at the seamless integration of an additional 650 square feet into our main house, along with the construction of a 700-square-foot ADU. I want a special style called "Japandi" for the remodeling of my house, and I want to have a designer who is capable of designing something different from "a regular model house". After reviewing her company's Instagram as well as her website's project. I decided to work with her. The primary focus of the remodeling process is to instill a sense of calmness and tranquility throughout our home (i.e., Japandi). JoJo demonstrates meticulous consideration for the energy flow within their design plans, incorporating the guiding principles of earth elements into the selection of finishes. For example, when selecting the materials for building the kitchen island, she went to multiple shops with us and helped us pick a beautiful stone by taking its touch/feeling, appearance, durability, and price into consideration. During this process, I was pretty impressed by her taste. Beyond a mere aesthetic approach, JoJo and the team exhibit a genuine concern for the mindset of the inhabitants. We are delighted with the design outcome and eagerly anticipate witnessing the realization of their vision in our space.

We hired Jojo for a whole house design and build project. She did a great job on designing a modern home for us. Although there were some hurdles and unexpected delay towards the end of the project, but Jojo was managed to overcome them.

After resolving water damage claims with our insurance company from a frozen broken pipe and a clogged overflowed sink, we decided to remodel our kitchen, family room, office, and master bathroom and closet. We selected JoJo Wong and Remodel to do the work. During the design phase, JoJo’s team prepared a clear and detailed set of drawings and conceptualized a design layout for our kitchen that we hadn’t thought of, which we were excited to adopt into our plans. We also worked closely with JoJo to generate a design for our master bathroom and closet that was highly organized, judiciously used all of the space, had great lighting, and best suited our needs. For our office, JoJo convinced us to use a sliding door, which turned out to be the best solution to make the most use of the available wall space in the office and avoid blockages to an adjacent hallway. At the end of the design phase JoJo prepared a stunning set of photo-like renderings that gave us an excellent image of the appearance of each of the remodeled rooms, and we were able to successfully visualize the new design before any of the construction began. During the construction phase, we were impressed with the quality of work of JoJo’s team of contractors, particularly the custom cabinetry in all of the rooms. We had a few unexpected delays and minor “hiccups” along the way, which usually happens in every remodel, but we were very pleased with the responsiveness of JoJo and her team to make adjustments and corrections, and when the work was completed, we were completely satisfied with the results.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with JoJo and her team on our recent construction project. Their insight and knowledge of both interior design and the overall construction process were exceptional. JoJo Wong Design provided us with a turn-key design plan and their experienced team also managed the build services with their trusted trades. Not only did JoJo Wong Design provide us with a beautiful design plan and 3D rendering, but they also suggested changes to the architectural drawing to accommodate our specific needs. During the construction process, as is common with many projects, we encountered some challenges. However, JoJo and her team tackled these problems seamlessly, never stopping until they were completely satisfied with the results. Personally, I was impressed by JoJo's ability to envision the end result of the project. From our first meetings discussing initial concepts to the design development and follow-up with important structural work, JoJo Wong Design was with us every step of the way. I highly recommend JoJo Wong Design for both interior design and build services. From concept to working with engineers to pushing contractors, they were the best in every aspect of the project.
