The quality delivered was not the quality promised. Nails from the home are coming out through the siding. Pencil marks showing where they marked and cut siding. The siding laps are not consistent with the direction of being lapped. It is unbelievable how bad the siding looks. Cracks in sheetrock filled with caulking instead of being fixed. Was told that this was a secret sauce and not to worry it would fix the problem. LOL Cracks are back. Caulking does not paint like sheetrock. They installed a door for a 2x4 wall in a 6 inch wall and left it for us to deal with. They talk a good talk and promise to make everything right but our experience has been a nightmare. My parents are now just closing our eyes and try not to see all the defects. This is my parent’s home and I am upset with a company taking advantage of retired people. This was to be there dream home to enjoy their golden years in. The company company knows of the problems and could still do the right thing and fix the problems if they choose to. It is my hope and prayer that they will do the right thing and stand behind their work and their word.
