The work was done when expected. The crew was thoughtful and polite and very clean. The roof is beautiful and the new gutter is perfect and fits the house design to a tee. I would highly recommend JW to anyone wanting a job done well and on time.

We are totally pleased with this company. John and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had a roof that had started to leak, called John and he gave us a very fair quote. They took the chimney down, and replaced our entire roof, taking everything down to the bare wood. The work was completed in just hours (we have a small house) and everything was cleaned up and left better than when they got there. His crew is very efficient and does a wonderful job! I would highly recommend this company to everyone.Thanks so much for a job well done!!

Professional, neat and tidy crew! They installed a new commercial grade flat roof system at my home in Concord, NC (low pitch addition) and corrected residential shingle roofing and flashing around my brick chimney and other penetrations - which were not done properly by the previous roofer. They did the work on schedule and as priced. They cleaned up all of their debris and removed it from my property. It is not easy to find contractors who correctly apply manufacture and industry standards in the residential marketplace. My wife and I highly recommend John Ward.

John and I met through a local networking group, and he is an honest, upstanding businessman. Also good at what he does. We had a mysterious roof leak that would sometimes leak, but not at others. John Worden and his crew are the only ones to use in the Charlotte and greater CLT area. We have used other roofing companies and John’s was 1000x better than even an Angie’s List recommend roofing company we used last year. He calls you back. They show up when they say they will. They are detail oriented in their work and show photos to explain everything that was done. If he needs to make a change to a work time, he contacts you promptly. John always responds in a timely manner. And his pricing is affordable and fair. It was impressive that he took such care for our small job. Thumbs up, way up.

We hired JW to replace our roof & gutters after a hail storm. They definitely went the entra mile to make sure we got a similar if not better quality product installed and done right. The owner John is a honest, good communicator,makes himself available to his customers, and is very good at follwoing up to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I am very pleased with my new roof installed by JW Services! The owner, John Worden met me personally within days and provided an accurate estimate for the job. I was most impressed by John's promptness and straight forward approach. He answered all my questions and educated me on his installation process, which I found to be far superior to others. I could not have asked for better service on the day of installation. His team arrived early and completed the job on the same day. John's job supervisor, Carlos was on-site the entire time and kept me informed and at ease. I would recommend JW Services to anyone needing to replace their roof!

John Worden of Jw Services has done a roof replacement and later a window replacement at my family's home. Both projects were done with in a very professional manner, on time & on budget as promised. I was very pleased with the attention to detail at all phases of the project. The follow-up has always been top notch. Re-shingled entire roof, south side siding, and metal boat dock roof. On time, reliable, quality workmanship, and the best rated shingles. Even replaced some pieces not included in the original work order including puting facing around a doggie door I had installed the year before.

Mr. Worden met with me in-home, quoted a price during the initial consultation, and held true to that price throughout the installation. A new roof was put on the house, carport, and shed, gutters were added, and a power fan was put in the attic; all of which I was very pleased with. There was a slight issue with a downspout coming loose from the side of the house; I emailed Mr. Worden, and he was out and reattached the spout within 36 hours. He did an excellent job and has wonderful customer service and support!
