We are extremely happy with our new John Cannon Custom Home. The JCH family continually demonstrated exemplary “Customer Service” throughout the building process. It’s been a great experience working with the JCH Family! Before meeting with JCH, we had been working with a different custom home builder for about a year. In all that time, we never came up with a home design that we truly liked. And when we started asking questions we found we were paying for things that were not needed or asked for. Working with the JCH was like a breath of fresh air. John and his team took the time to listen to our wants and needs, and made the design and selection process easy. We worked With Amy M. while in the design center... In under 1 months, we had a house designed that we absolutely loved. At a level of quality that surpassed anything we had experienced before! During the building phase of our home, we worked with Ken H. and Mike R. Ken got us off to an amazing start even though the pandemic played its role in most of our delays... They handed the reigns to Mike R. Let me tell you something... This guy he was something else. Morning, Noon, or Night. He was always working pushing through our delays and chasing down sub contractors to push us back on schedule and meet our deadline. My wife and I truly appreciate all his hard work and efforts he has made on our behalf. As we lived close to the build site we would check on our project often. More times than not I would find him there working early morning or late into the evenings... Weekly he sent us updates on the house and what to expect in the week to follow. He treated our property as if it were his own even when I'm sure my wife and I made him crazy at times. His professionalism, communication, and work ethic were well above and beyond our expectations. We really appreciate all the hard work that went into building our dream home. We highly recommend John Cannon Homes. Their whole team strives to make it a truly enjoyable experience. We hired John Cannon Homes to design and build our custom home. They are professional, candid, and very good at what they do. So far we've been very happy with the interior plans and exterior design.
