The team was very efficient and Logan provided excellent ideas on our project. The workmanship was great!! We received many compliments on our house.

We hired Logan in 2018 to do renovations to our home. We found Logan to be very knowledgeable, professional and hard Working. He was always easy to get ahold of, always returned a call or text. Reno’s included redesign and extension of master bathroom, walk-in closet, flooring, skylights, 2nd bathroom reno, levelling of a floor in preparation of carpet, reinstalling a new t bar ceiling. He and his crew were creative and problem solvers. We plan to have Logan and crew back in the spring for further renovations. He and his crew have the skill set we wanted to complete our projects and we are extremely pleased with how they turned out.

This review on our renovation project is a bit late because we wanted to write it in the camp. It may be small on the outside, but it is large in our hearts. We don’t get to visit as much as we’d like but when we do it is a special time in our lives. We purchased our family cottage which was very run down. After meeting Logan for the estimate we hoped he would take on our project; his go-get-‘em attitude and expertise was just what we needed. Logan, Brandon and the team did an amazing job breathing life back into our cottage. They did everything from the landscaping to the kitchen sink. They had wonderful ideas that made things easier for us at the camp, and made it AWESOME!! We would absolutely recommend Johannson Built; and welcome any questions. Extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and downright talent, not just anyone can do what Logan does. He made a dull, boring looking house look brand new. He's absolutely golden, that young man is going places.

We had major renovations done on our house in 2017. Using a contractor that came highly recommended. This contractor did very little of the work himself and sent in a crew that was substandard. They were continually messing up and redoing the things that we caught them on. The build went on a lot longer than it was supposed to. Fall and Winter came. The bottom garden doors leaked about 15 gallons while the crew was here. I told the contractor to take the doors out and reinstall them properly. He refused. Instead put a black spray foam where you could see daylight coming in. This did nothing when it rained hard. Winter showed that the upper garden doors were allowing minus temperatures to easily flow under the door frame into the house. The contractor and the door manufacturer were contacted. The door manufacturer showed up and checked the doors. they told us that the doors were not installed properly. We could get no where with the contractor, so we looked for another to repair the job. Contractors that we contacted did not want to repair someone else's bad work. We finally found Logan. He came over and looked at the job. He was very polite and professional. He gave us a quote very quickly and the next nice weather he started work. As he worked he showed us all the shoddy work that had gone into the original install and how it was supposed to be installed. Logan did a really nice job and now the weather stays where it is supposed to, outside. He was very patient and particular in his work a true craftsman. We would highly recommend him and have.

Logan Johannson (Johannson Built) is a very good contractor that delivers on both high quality and the required timelines and budget. He did a lot of work for me in 2017 and i would most definitely hire him again.

Logan is honest and hardworking, exceptionally knowledgeable on best practice in order to ensure that jobs are done professionally and efficiently. He is extremely hard working, allowing for projects to be completed on schedule. I would highly recommend dealing with Logan from planning to completion on any project!
