Lovett by design did an amazing job! I was initially a bit skeptical to pay for staging. It seemed expensive for a service that we would not receive any physical items to keep. However, I followed through at the advice of my real estate agent. I could not have been more wrong. The staging was transformative to the space and we ended up with sooo many showings, our house being posted by a social media account focused on beautiful historic homes, and over 12 competing offers. I am confident the staging increased the sale price of our house. I could not be more pleased! If you are considering…do it!

As a Realtor, I appreciate Jody's quick response to staging requests and her great communication from start to finish. She has a large inventory of furniture and accessories that is kept up to date to meet the latest in design trends. She has a great eye and knows how to maximize the space in every room. Jody is tremendous. I've been working with her professionally, and recently engaged her services personally. Our clients LOVE her and we always receive wonderful feedback. Personally, I've been impressed with even the small things she's helped with on our house that have made us love our home even more. She's perceptive, motivated, and gentle with her delivery (which is a special thing when someone is coming in to your home and telling you how to change it!). She's also been very conscious of our budget and navigated those waters gracefully as well. Jody and her team are a great staging company, they get their work done in a timely efficient manner. Jody is very creative with her decor ideas and always seems to find the perfect fit of furniture and accessories for the space regardless of the size or style of the house. Many times the new homeowners ask to buy her furnishings after seen how well she decorated the house.
