John was great to work with on our project from the start. He took our concept for a substantial addition and made it come to life. He was there through ever step of the project making sure that it was going as it should. i would highly recommend John for your next project.

We reviewed several architects for our attic master suite remodel. We selected Studio605 based on their construction connections and experience, price and creativeness. Studio605 had many good ideas and they were extremely easy to work with.

We hired Studio605 to design our master bedroom and bath. We loved working with John, he is very laid back, has a great eye for design and understood our families needs very well. He worked very well with our contractors and was always here to check up on the project to make sure things were going as planned. He gave us exactly what we wanted with some creative solutions to a couple unforeseen hurdles. In the end, we have a beautiful space, that is modern, bright, spacious, and easy to live in.

John is an easy to work with, knowledgeable architect who listens to the homeowner(s) and really wants them to be pleased with the final results of the project. As he has worked closely with a number of contractors, he can recommend those who he feels would fit well with you and your project. If issues arise during construction, he is good at addressing them quickly. Our project was a complete, to the studs, remodel of the kitchen, hearth room and laundry areas of our 1958 ranch house. John took my preliminary sketches and drawings and with additional input from the contractor and interior designer and his suggestions produced the working drawings for our remodel. We relied on studio605 for design expertise and architecture guidance re: a 1954 ranch remodel/expansion in Prairie Village. Our desire was not to scrape the property, but rather work with the existing structure and bring it forward in tasteful way. They were able to deliver a perfect design that exceeded our expectations and were a joy to work with. We would assuredly use them again.

We hired John Schutt with the architectural firm studio605 to help create a space that integrated all of our clients requests for their remodel. Fulfilling all of the specifics of both myself the designer and my clients was elevated by John's experience, his ease with the prospectus, and the final decisions needed to bring the project to conclusion. I will work with him again and again as his knowledge of the process for new and remodel construction was imperative to the job.
