James Campbell is a very highly knowledgeable and multi skilled professional that I have come to know and respect over the course of rebuilding my home which was destroyed in a major flood. If anyone reading this review thinks they can handle dealing with insurance companies, insurance adjusters, contractors and the complex and very time consuming daunting task of rebuilding and designing your home on your own.. You are wrong! The best thing to happen to me was meeting James Campbell who is one of the very few people in the country that is educated and certified in dealing with flood damage, fires, smoke damage AND highly experienced in dealing with insurance companies so that you, the home owner does not get taken advantage of by your home owners insurance adjuster, and you get your home rebuilt and designed to your satisfaction well beyond your dreams and expectations. As I learned, James comes from a long line of very skilled craftsmen along with his father and grandfather who where originally old school church builders back in the day. What you can expect from James Campbell is a mix of high tech modern home designs enhanced with 3 D cad drawings which brings your home building project to life! And quality old school craftsmenship. It has been almost four years since James rebuilt my home and I could not be happier with the redesign and quality of build. I worked with Jim on a tricky project of raising hot water heat lines in an exiting basement of an older bungalow to accommodate higher ceilings. Work went off without a hitch and the homeowner was able to finish the basement.

Jim was wonderful throughout the process of redecorating our home as well as during the redesign of our master bathroom. He literally transformed the look of our masterbath by working with the contractor to move outdated fixtures, enlarge our shower space and modernize the space for current day living needs. I wholeheartedly give him an A+ rating in this effort. Furthermore, he not only designed the look by incorporating my wife's "must haves", he helped get us better pricing from the tile and fixture suppliers. Thanks Jim!

Jim was the designer and coordinator on a rebuild of a house that flooded. He knew what he wanted and sent me all the information I needed to coordinate the plumbing installation. He was prompt in coordinating the work once the work was approved. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I called in Jim when clients of mine experienced water damage due to a broken toilet tank on their 2nd floor. I knew if Jim were involved, my clients would be taken care of fully by the insurance company and his trades people. Everyone was very pleased with the end results.
