I am from out of town and had to make an emergency trip when my mother took ill. A local auto mechanic directed me to John when my mother's door was broken down to rescue her after a fall. It was short notice, an emergency and she lives in a condo with tough aesthetic rules. John matched the door perfectly, did an amazing installation in a short time frame and was incredibly concerned for my well-being since I had to stay there alone while she was in the hospital. He made sure I had an interim lock while he made the door. The price was better than reasonable and I've since learned that he's well connected and well respected in the town. He is a true craftsman - and has a heart too. He cares more about his customers than his bottom line - as evidenced by the fact that he checks up on my mother from time to time just to see how she's doing, since I'm out of town. A rare find, indeed.
