I hired JJ Wills Construction to install a sliding glass door in my dining room. The project also included installing a patio light, an outdoor electrical outlet and moving an indoor outlet. I am extremely happy with the finished product, the cost and the short completion time. I highly recommend Josh Wills.

Working with Josh and his team, Victor and Jake, has been so easy. All of them are talented and really know their craft. Victor was able to fix inside doors that haven't closed in years due to the house foundation shifting. He also installed a beautiful front door. Josh listened to what we wanted with that front door and we trusted him. The trust paid off. It is exactly what we envisioned. Even better. All three men are comfortable to be around. We found JJ Wills Construction through a Google search. Josh scheduled an appointment to meet with us at our home. He was right on time and I told him how grateful I was for his punctuality. After explaining the scope of the project with Josh, he took pictures and measurements and promised to give us a proposal by the end of the week. True to his word he emailed the bid by Friday. There were a few items that I felt needed clarification and we asked Josh to meet with us a second time. He was happy to do so and again was right on time. I LOVE that!! One of the stipulations of the project was that he had to start on January 17 and finish within two weeks because our small vintage home has only one bathroom. The timing of the project coincided with a trip out of town and a short stay in a local hotel. Josh did a fantastic job of lining up his subs. The demo started on the 17th and subsequent subs (plumber, electrician and tile guys) followed like clock work. There was never a day that we had to wonder where they were. The entire team was professional, clean, kind and happy. We LOVE our new bathroom and highly recommend Josh and his team.

Josh Wills did an outstanding job converting our backyard from grass area to a 1400 sq foot deck for entertaining family and friends. We can host 50+ people comfortably. The bench seating combined with planters along the length of the deck is esthetically pleasing and provides security for younger family members. The project came in on budget and within the time frame we had discussed. Josh was easy to work with and discussed all options and variables with us as they arose. Josh and JJ WIlls Constructions installed new laminate flooring in our entire downstairs and also replaced all vinyl flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room with ceramic tiles. The job was handled with the utmost level of professionalism and accuracy and was completed in less time than expected. I was very pleased with the entire project, LOVE the results and highly recommend Josh and his team of experts to anyone looking to do home improvements.

Our shower sprung a leak and left us with water damage in the bathroom and two bedrooms. We called a bunch of contractors and struggled to get anyone to come to the house timely and give us an estimate for the work. One company even wanted to charge us for an estimate. A friend recommended JJ Wills construction. Josh came over within 24 hours and had a free estimate to us in a few days. Josh was super helpful in giving us design ideas and helping my wife figure out what she wanted. He completely remodeled our bathroom, replaced dry wall, replaced flooring, carpeted, and painted. In the process, we decided to re-plumb our entire house so we would never have to deal with a leak in the slab. Josh and his plumber were able to get that done as well for a price that was one third of what Bell's Plumbing quoted us. We were really happy with the quality of the work all around. We would absolutely use JJ Wills Construction again and we recommend him to friends.

I always go into a working relationship with contractor cautiously. You never know what you are going to get. I was impressed from start to finish. Josh and his crew were pleasant, punctual, reliable, efficient, and affordable. But what I was most impressed with was the meticulous precision of his work. They are very skilled.
