After several years of contracting with Natura, I can confidently say that they offer a level of quality in their products and services that is unmatched. From design and plant knowledge, to installation and construction, they strive to provide the best solutions that specifically meet each project needs. While delivering their services, it was evident that my requests were being kept at the forefront of the project, and that there was great focus placed on my satisfaction. In order to create the solutions that worked best for my project, extensive soil testing was done to ensure the best results. This is one of Natura’s key elements - they take the time to analyze the environmental conditions to determine how to move forward. The same level of focus applies to their irrigation systems, which are tailor-made to suit specific property needs. Working with Natura made me feel like I always knew what was going on with my project, and that I had knowledgeable, professional, and resourceful people on the job. Jose Makk of Natura did a beautiful job creating our landscape. The photos are of the back patio but the front yard and courtyard are lovely as well. We are very pleased and are enjoying are desert oasis.

Natura LLC has been our landscaping expert from the inception of our contemporary house in the Southwest desert to the maintenance today. Jose Makk had been very helpful to realize our vision from the start. He takes ample of time to listen and delivered a variety of plans. His deep knowledge base and thoughtful suggestions added immensely to the aesthetics of our house. The Natura work crew always showed up on time, worked efficiently and left the place always very clean. Having been through the ups and downs of custom home construction this has been one of the very positive experiences.

We found Jose to be easy to work with and very knowledgable as to what would and wouldn't grow in our area. His crew was here when they were supposed to be here and they finished the work on schedule and on budget. I can't say that about many contractors I have worked with. We have been very happy with his landscaping design for our home and are glad we hired him.

Our initial meeting with Jose Makk, owner of Natura, could not have gone better. Being new to Las Cruces we were not familiar with what types of plantings would thrive here in the desert. Between his questions and much patience Jose’s first computer model of our yard was almost perfect. We asked for a bit of color somewhere year around, a bit of grass for our dog, low maintenance and a Mediterranean “look”. We have just that! Jose has never not returned a call or failed to stop by if we have questions or failed to send one of his knowledgeable staff if he himself could not. That’s all but unheard of in today’s world. Jose also took the time to teach us how to maintain our yard. His watering and fertilizing system for the plantings has worked like a charm which also means less effort on our part. We’re proud to say we’ve had numerous strangers stop and ask who our landscaper was as they think our yard is the best in the neighborhood. I have repeatedly hired the company for everything from drains to keep rainwater on my lot, decorative rock and plants to help erosion, and supervising the construction of a deck to enhance my home value. Jose Makk with Nutura did a second project for us. He has completely landscaped our backyard about 5 years ago and did a wonderful job. At that time he did the irrigation system in our back yard but not our front. When we started having leaks in our front yard we knew we would have him replace our front irrigation system. His company did a wonderful job just as before. They were there when they said they would be, polite, and done when they said they would be. Nutura came in on quote, and I was told I could call at any time with questions or concerns.

Jose & his crew are amazing! We had a beautiful home built, but the lot was a blank canvas. Jose met with us to learn about our likes & dislikes. Jose has an extensive background in landscape architecture & has a real eye for visualizing plants from inception to mature growth. He crafted a plan to design our lot, front & back. To help manage our budget, he allowed for a "phased-in" approach. We could not be more pleased with the results! And, whenever we have questions or need some follow-up guidance, the Natura team is just a phone call away. We highly recommend Natura!
