We have used Urban Upkeep several times now, for big projects (bathroom remodel & porch reconstruction) and small (garage disposal). On time, on budget, and easily accessible by phone. They really work with you as a partner in the project. Super impressed by this.

My wife and I are repeat clients of Urban Upkeep. We have had this company do a few major projects to our houses and couldn't have been happier; everything from total kitchen remodels to exteriror work. When dealing with their clients, they're personal, but direct; you'll always know what you're getting. One thing I expect from a construction company is good communication, Urban Upkeep has totally nailed it when it comes to keeping us in the loop with what is happening. Urban Upkeep turned our home into just what we wanted! The owner, Jerry, helped with design and creative aspects of a new floor plan, new colors, and all new everything in the kitchen and dining room. He referred us to great vendors in town, and guided us through the process with tremendous knowledge and kindness. He and his employees were punctual, friendly and efficient. They also always cleaned up after themselves. When purchased, the entire home was in disarray and in desperate need of updating. Urban Upkeep replaced all of the floors, painted every wall and ceiling, and completed a major renovation of the kitchen and dining room. They removed the wall dividing the k/d.r., and added a two level bar in its place. They put in all new lighting, new cabinets, new appliances and new countertops. In addition, they moved the sink, and included seating space on both the island and the bar. We can now entertain our guests easily, with the open floor plan facilitating both movement and conversation. We couldn't be more pleased. When it is time to redo the bathrooms, we will be calling Urban Upkeep!

We had a wonderful experience working with Urban Upkeep LLC and we are thrilled with our results. We recently purchased an older Bexley home and wanted to do a complete renovation prior to moving in. We were trying to cram several months’ worth of work into a two month timeline. We were able to redesign our kitchen for a better flow, update all lighting for a more modern feel, change all floors, and paint the entire house (trim/cabinets/walls)- just to name a few items. We were consulted frequently when a problem was encountered with our older home, and always impressed with their creative expertise. We also had several add-on requests that were accommodated after we moved in, and his team did a great job working around two toddlers and two dogs. Jerry and his team did a remarkable job with communication as well as saying on budget and on our tight timeline.
