I was quoted $150 per hour for a tree pruning service. They booked me in for Labour day Sunday at 8am. I rescheduled holiday plans as I needed the trees pruned urgently. The crew never showed up. They offered me a 15% discount if I was ok rescheduling. The crew arrived on time and took 45 minutes to complete the job. The next day I received an invoice showing the price at $150 per tree, for a total of $450 for the job prior to the 15% discount. It turns out that the quote was $150 per hour per person, so $300 per hour given that it was a two man crew. Jenron did offer to refund me what I paid, but I refused as they did perform the job that I had requested, and the quote error on their end was due to an employee being burnt out due to a hectic summer and covid-19 times. In ten years of dealing with Jenron this is the one and only time where such an issue occurred. I would have rated them 5/5 otherwise

Steve and his crews at Jenron were amazing in all facets. From concept and design, through construction and to completion and warranty. Steve is a guy who does what he says he is going to do, on time, on budget, and he over delivered consistently. We were a little gun-shy as we have had a few poor landscape contractor experiences in the past but Steve and his team did a phenomenal job on a challenging and large scale project. Communicative, professional, honest, and talented. Bravo Jenron.

Steve from Jenron and his whole team are amazing! The quality of work and the professionalism were the talk of the neighbourhood. The team worked hard all day, then cleaned and washed everything every night before they left. No detail was overlooked. The end product is a dream backyard. We highly recommend Jenron!

We hired Jenron to build our fence. Steve was very knowledgeable and gracious as we emailed back and forth with details. The job was done quickly and we are pleased with our new addition. As with all fences, neighbours are a factor. We had problems with one of our neighbours and Jenron stepped in to help sort everything out for us. We are so thankful for the professinalism we recieved. I highly recommend this company.
